Grabbed lunch today at Subway as a last minute decision. The line was almost out the door. The two men behind the counter were... running. Drew and another man with long dark hair that was wrapped up into a bun did amazing! They were in the appropriateattire for cleanliness and the were quick and efficient. They were changing out empty container after empty container thats howbusy they were. There was no attitude, there was no rushing anyone, they both had great attitudes and communicated with everyonein line on what they were doing and apologized for the delay. Today I arrived with my two 12 year olds after their soccer game at 2:30pm. The sign on the door said closes at 4pm. We were the... only 3 guests in the building. We all placed our orders and the two high school girls working were very helpful. The managerBetty (was the name on her hat) was quick to ring my total up, in fact too quick. One of my son's was still in the process ofbuilding his sandwich and asked for guacamole and the manager raised her voice and said to her high school worker "no! Noguacamole. No. I already rang them up." I then said it wasn't a big deal I'll pay for the guacamole to which she replied "Igotta charge for extras and I gotta know that up front." I then told her that it was her fault for ringing up the order when hewasn't finished with it. I was mad but paid the 75 cents for the guacamole. How are you going to tell my 12 year old no, I am apaying customer, which was obvious by the $33 I had already paid before my son was rudely told no. I told the high school workerto put the guac on the sandwich. I then asked for Betty's managers name to which she snapped back "I am the manager." I said itagain, I want YOUR managers number. She again snapped "I am the manager." Then I clarified I wanted the name and number of whowas above her. She did provide me Greg's office number. Once we exited the building the customer who entered after us even said"man what was her proble? She went off for no reason." HE, yes HE apologized for the way I was treated and told me to have abetter day. Read more
The manager on duty happily came out to make our sandwiches when we walked in. It was kind of nice to see! Food was good, place... was clean, and the music selection was pretty fun. My daughter got a kick out of me singing along. Read more
I have been here many times and it?s usually pretty good. Last night 8/15/21 however was different. I walked in shortly after... 7pm, one employee was mopping and the other was standing by register. I was the only customer customer in there. They told me itwould be a couple of minutes? The mopper seamed disgruntled that he had to move to for me to enter the store. The lady behindthe counter disappeared in back. A minute later the mopper came behind the counter to take my order. He asked me to repeat bothsubs several times which I guess was good because he got everything right eventually. The other employee finally emerged quitepromptly to help someone else. I got home and both subs were so sloppily put together that we went through the 15 napkins wewere given in our first couple of bites. Also the bread was so tough and chewy it was barely edible. Two young ladies were very friendly and fast at making every order and everything on the line was stocked! The resteraunt was... clean, comfortable and smells like fresh warm bread. This is my favorite Subway store! Good job ladies.. 10 stars and two thumbsup :) Read more
