I would give zero stars if possible. Pulled up to the drive through, the man lady working the window told me they didn't see my... name as a mobile order so told me to come in. Proceeded to tell me they didn't see my name in their register so there is nothingthey can do and told me with an attitude that I could wait. So nice. My order was listed as ready and paid for on the app so Icould no longer even cancel. Asked another worker about the situation and was told there is nothing they can do. Everyone wasvery rude and disrespectful. They said they could not give me my money back because they never got my order, even though I wasable to show them the email that said my order was processed and READY. Sat there and waited 25 minutes before I inquired aboutan order that had been sitting on the counter. They finally looked at the order to find out, wow crazy, it was mine. The manlady laughed and said they didn't know it was a mobile order, which was a lie, made no sense at all. The girl offered to remakemy order since it was all cold and soggy. She took my food but was stopped by the man lady who said no, and wouldn't let herremake it. Then a loser from the kitchen came up to tell me again they would not remake my food, said they were busy. The girlseemed to feel bad and offered free food coupons, but then couldn't find them. She told the man lady she couldn't find anycoupons and he said that I "was Sh*t out of luck then". There was no excuse for the disrespect, I was nothing but respectful tothem as annoyed as I was with the situation. They offered their manager but I declined as I could tell she was probably just asunprofessional and careless as they all were. No thanks, never again. Read more

Friendly staff. Sadly they missed stuff with our order tho we did get it. When we got home to eat most of the food was out of... packaging like they did not know how to wrap it properly Read more

Food was ok. Service was unhelpful. Felt like a burden being there. Everyone was mad because it should take 'fast' food 30 mins... to fulfil orders. Maybe think about training better workers Read more

My experience was so horrible today. I did not receive a chicken quesadilla and didn't realize it until I got home. I promptly... called the store and spoke to Lindy, who said she is the manager, let her know and asked for a refund. She located my order andaccused me of lying, was very snarky with me on the phone and refused to refund me claiming that she put the quesadilla in thebag. She said that taco bell policy is that I have to go back to the store with the receipt and my food in order to get a refundbecause they need "proof." What kind of proof am I supposed to give them? Show them a quesadilla that doesn't exist because theydidn't bag it?? I am NOT going to back drive 20+ minutes and spend extra time and gas for a mistake that the store made- that isbeyoooond ridiculous. I'm not as upset about the quesadilla as I am about how RUDE and unprofessional this lady was. If shewould have handled that call politely, I wouldn't have to waste my time writing this. I've worked in customer service for manyyears and I was absolutely appalled at her accusatory tone of voice and total unwillingness to help. She should NOT be workingin the customer service industry. Got accused of "lying" over a 5 layer burrito that Lynn H decided to not put in my bag... Saying she "put everything in the bag... by hand..." but missed a burrito... then accused me of lying about it and told me to leave the premises through the drive thruat 1:27am. Horribly unprofessional, horrible attitude from a nasty person, horrible to employ trashy people who would muchrather yell at patrons then admit to their mistakes... Read more

"We are in the middle of a shift change .... it will be 15 minutes before we can take your order" No bud, the oncoming employee... clocks in and takes over the headset. Just like the oncoming employee clocks in and takes over on line. You don't shut down thestore for 15 minutes because of "shift change". Read more

I placed a mobile order and already paid for it then I went up to the speaker and there was a employees voice on the speaker... saying they were in the middle of a shift change and weren?t taking orders? so I was about to go inside to see how to get myfood I had already paid for and I pulled up to a parking spot and saw an employee walk out to a car and they took a pull of abottle of liquor ?. DONT EVEN BOTHER COMING HERE!!! If I could give it a negative review I would!!! I get it's not an easy job but how hard is it... to get my order right. Its happened multiple times and this is my last time going. My order was THREE cheesy gordita crunches...This are not three gorditas. These are not even properly made tacos! One is just a softshell with melted cheese!!! C'mon!!!There's a better Mexican food place next door. Read more
