Pretty good appetizer menu. Haven't tried entrees.
I had the wagyu beef burger and fries. The burger was good but not my favorite. I prefer smash burgers. The burger patty was at... least an inch thick post cooking. This resulted in the beef flavor dominating the burger. This is probably expected for wagyuthough so I won't deduct on my preference alone. I'd eat the burger again but I would add mustard and onion to round out theflavor to my liking. The fries were great and so was their rannch sauce for dipping. The service was quick and friendly. My husband and I enjoyed our meal. Our waitress was great, even though she entered my side wrong (the asparagus risotto), she... noticed before our food was brought out and had it already being corrected. The risotto was so tasty it was definitely worththe short wait! Read more
Small menu (I actually like when it?s limited) but good variety. I got the blackened chicken sandwich and jalapeño brussel... sprouts which were awesome. Some table mates got salmon which looked like a very small portion but said it tasted good. Not muchfor beer on tap but good cocktails. I would recommend stopping in! Read more
Wife ordered the French dip and I had the fish and chips. Best French dip I have had cause I stole a couple bites. Fish was... lightly breaded which is just the way I like it. Can't wait to try brunch and dinner. Staff was also very friendly andobservant!!! Read more
Sage was our very attentive server. He made sure to take our drink order and gave us recommendations regarding the menu. My... husband picked the pork chop which he said was the best pork chop he has ever had, cooked to perfection. We were able to orderKendall Jackson our favorite Chardonnay. I chose the salmon also very good. For my taste there was too much sauce with therice. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. It was the 1st time we visited. The staff is fantastic, the drinks are creative, and the food is so amazing and the decor is so great. I had the Tavern Bubbly... Cocktail and the Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Asparagus Risotto with green beans on the side. If you haven't been there, youshould give it a try! Read more
Fun open modern atmosphere, with expansive liquor and cocktail menu and a fun, eclectic food fare menu. Chislic app was DANK,... probably the highlight of the night. The wedge salad was good, and served in a cold plate which is always a good sign. I had myfirst Wagyu steak with a side of the mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes were amazing. The wagyu was good; it was my first wagyusteak! It was cooked to perfection. However, I was underwhelmed with it. It seemed a bit gamey, and it wasn?t as tender as I wasthinking wagyu would be. It was chewy and and relatively bland. That being said, I?m not a steak connoisseur so I don?t know ifthat?s the intended flavor profile for a wagyu cut. All in all, 5 star experience.
