Just stopped by this place to check it out. I ordered an appetizer of Cry Baby shrimp and a Cheesehead Burger. The shrimp were... some of the best shrimp I've ever had and I lived in Florida for a good part of my life. The burger was decent. Topped withcheese curds and a thousand island type sauce. Food was pretty nice, loved how my waitress barely taled to me so I could enjoy the food. The interactions I did have with the... waitress were unmemorable, which was neither good or bad. The customer service was great and the margaritas are made to nearperfection! Had I had a suitcase full of cash accompanying the drink, only then would it be perfection itself. The friedmushrooms and peanut butter pizza is what would honestly take me back to this restaurant called "Barrel House". All in all adecent 4.2 stars sounds fair for this restaurant of it's caliber. A bunch of us were gathering to celebrate a birthday! We got a table for 10 right away and no wait. Staff was very friendly and... attentive to our needs. The food was great and hot when it was delivered! It was the first time that I could hear everyone atthe table as it is usually so loud in places. I enjoyed the warm, cozy atmosphere.
