Difficult placing your order at the kiosk. Could not place an order at the till with a real person. Kiisk screen was not very... responsive.... Thus charged me and then timed out. Had a staff member help me and she even had trouble. Our order was wrong. Gota chicken burger instead of a Dave single. And the chili was cold. The fries and chicken nuggets were nice and hot. Staff isvery friendly and helpful but you can tell that they're stretched from being short-staffed. The manager was very visible andworking as well. Read more
I?ve never had a bad experience at a Wendy?s before?until now. The drive thru line took forever. There were only three cars in... front of us. I don?t know if they were extremely short staffed but it seemed Like they must have been-like the person in thedrive thru was taking, cooking and filling the orders too? Yes. It took that long! Then our order wasn?t even correct. Wereceived the wrong burger and the fries were overcooked. Thank goodness we don?t have to go to this place again! I?m sorryWendy?s. You really let us down. There is usually a pretty long line to order food, but tye staff always apologizes for the wait which is nice. Last time i went... they gave me one wrong burger of the 2 that i ordered. They remade my whole meal (I only asked for the one burger) and let mekeep the stuff they originally gave me. All in all, i think the Wendy's has a great staff who takes pride in their work andthat's more than i can say about a lot of fast food places. Read more
Not a JBC. Fries were cold even though they were busy enough & I watched them make fresh. No bacon & only ketchup so not sure... what I paid for in reality except for a new name & a whole staff that looked like they got whipped by the day. I always have tocheck my food before leaving the lot but today I didn't. Guess that shows me... Read more
There was a live bug in my southwest salad! They had an attitude and were very difficult about refunding my order. Never going... back here again. Beware of your food and check for bugs before you eat. Read more

So being next door getting my car worked, and went to go get breakfast. I pulled on the door and out of a side window a guy pops... out we don't open lobby till 11. Another guy walks up out of his car and this guy is upset he has a trailer and we'll he justwants to get his food. If you are that short staffed and ur closing all ur Wendy's here in Sioux falls. The Fast food rating scale not to be confused with good restaurants...I liked the classic bacon burger. I used to love whoppers... but the franchise changed hands and it hasn't been the same. Wendy's bacon is better for sure. Read more
