Would recommend the grilled chicken breast sandwich. Very moist & flavorful. The chili was extremely bland. We've had it... there several other times when it was good though. The spicy chicken nuggets were overcooked. The burger & fries weregood. The chocolate frosty was good as usual. Not a big fan of the strawberry frosty. Dirty inside! Used trays piled up at the garbage by the door, food all over the floors love the restaurant never sweeps/mops,... every table was dirty (and there's not much seating inside). We had to use napkins to clean our own table off. Staff standingaround not doing anything that could have been cleaning the dining area. Our food took forever to be made and we didn't orderthat much (two $5 meal deals and a baked potato). And the no-salt fries we ordered came salted. This will likely be the lasttime I visit this Wendy's and I'll let my family and friends know to avoid it too! Gross! ???? Read more
Admittedly, I have not yet gone inside this location but always go through drive through and have had a fine time doing so.... Because the marketing is on point, today, I just had to have some of those crispy fries because of the "high fries" commercialwith the kid running around giving high fives. It made me giggle so away I went to get fries and chili. While most people dipthe fries in the frosty, if you haven't dipped them in chili yet, you're missing out! Just the right amount of crisp with thoseyummy chill spices makes me happy! They have 2 order stations but I've only ever seen one drive through order station open atany given time. Same with the windows. 2 windows but they only seem to ever use one. I'm not sure that opening the second orderstation or second window would speed things up at all but, but it's just an observation on my part. Read more
Had a junior bacon cheeseburger and cheesy fries with a small frosty for dessert. It was really good. Staff is helpful. ... Not sure about the way you order, with the kiosks, but it worked out. Think it's quicker the old fashioned way, just walk upthere and tell them what you want. Clean store. Read more
Nice new place but the from the time I put in my order to recieving it did take a while! Also they did ask people to use the... self-order kiosk vs an employee helping with taking orders! Definitely need more/better efficiency in getting customers theirorder Read more
Smells like sewage in the lobby. I thought maybe it's just this one time but no, last time my daughter and I went there we... couldn't even stand it long enough to order, we just left. Manager could have a better attitude but I know it sucks working atplaces like these so give him a break. Food was fine the first time we went there. One of the nicest modeled Wendy's I've been to, but the place was trashed at 4pm in the afternoon. The bathrooms were both... dirty, all the tables were dirty, the touchscreens were all greasy and didn't work properly and the staff were rude and actedlike they were doing me a favor by taking my order.
