Today morning about 7:10am the lady on window has no patience was almost about to through stuff at me, She saw me putting the... phone away after paying but she can?t wait started shouting sir sir. Tim hortan Please if you bring these people here to getthere immigration papers please help them to get nice training. Also pay them on time there attitude was like they?re doingvoluntary service. Drive through was a little slow, but all in all good friendly service at the window
Well, I ordered a coffee and paid with a Tims gift card. The dude swiped my card twice. I asked y, his response first time... didn't go through. Good thing I registered it and transactions showed I was charged twice for one coffee...So keep an eye, likethat other dude said customer service is non existent! Read more
Stood their waiting to be served for about 15 minutes, there was no one on the drive thru thru were just to busy talking to even... notice they had a customer. This is not my first bad experience, 3 days prior I ordered a bagel belt and the bacon was raw. Theyalso have a horrible attitude to people that come inside instead of drive thru.. Read more
Most days iced coffees are not great. Once in awhile you get a decent one. Today I had coffee grounds in mine and tasted like... water. I've been to other tim Hortons in other towns and iced coffees are always great. I don't know why they can't be here. Read more
Some staff members are very rude. Push your order out to you. Rush you too through the drive thru. Most times orders are wrong... or they don't give you everything you ordered or an egg sandwich doesn't have an egg. Wait times inside are ridiculously long. Ireally wish they had a McDonald's in Sioux. Prefer their coffee anyways. Sorry but not sorry. Read more
