We ate upstairs and even though we came near closing time, we still received excellent service. Server was competent and... friendly. Atmosphere was romantic and tasteful. The food was prepared exactly to our liking, kudos to the chef. Expect to pay upto $100 for 2 people but it was worth every bite! Read more
Amazing! We didn’t have a reservation and didn’t want to wait, so we had dinner at the bar. The two bartenders were great.... We had the nightly steak special and it was perfect. Finished the evening off with bananas foster and a chocolate martini. Weconstantly asked the bartenders questions about the area and they were a great help. Definitely will visit again. Read more
Great service from start to finish. We had a reservation for five thirty and showed up very early. We were still seated... immediately! The atmosphere was upscale, modern, and clean. The view from the upstairs patio was gorgeous! The salads were wellseasoned and savory. The whitefish fillet amandine was delicious, as were the potstickers, and the chocolate torte. This was our 3rd time coming to Chop. It’s our personal favorite in Sister Bay! Definitely get reservations, it’s totally... worth it! We have continued to have amazing food, great service, and love the atmosphere. My personal favorite dish is theirCrispy duck. My husband is a huge advocate for their steak. We also love the pork dumpling appetizers! I also like theirselection of wine. We come to sister bay every year and we always save one night for Chop! Read more
Fast and friendly service. Great menu. The food was perfectly designed and cooked. Bravo Maria was amazing The pork chop was... cooked perfectly, love the maple butter glace, sautéed apples and toasted pecans. The Crispy Duck with maple leaf farm 1/2duck, Seaquist cherry demi-glace,Minnesota wild rice was beyond all expectations with such deep flavor. Worth every penny for a nice night out on our honeymoon. The food was so so delicious. We could’ve done without the bacon on... the scallops but that is just preference. They were delicious. Popovers weren’t our favorite but I’m sure others love.Beautiful patio seating and warm enough under the heater. Read more
We were lucky enough to snag a couple seats at the bar since we were lazy and didn't call ahead to make reservations. The... restaurant is very nice and for me has a great selection of bourbon. We got a filet and some crab cakes and both weredelicious. The bartender did a great job hands down. We stopped here last minute, but we got great service and a wonderfuldinner so highly recommended and call ahead as they were very busy. Read more
