We picked up a Corsica loaf this morning only to find that it was not fully baked in the middle, and the woman who we purchased... the loaf from was incredibly rude. Very disappointed in the service and product. The Corsica bread is not what it used to be andnot worth the price. Read more
We had a great experience here while in door county! We loved the cherry Danish and the Carsicca loaf. The coffee was also good,... but seemed over priced. It was nice that we were able to order our food and drink in a safe way during COVID. Read more
Open on the weekends only. Can't go inside due to the pandemic, but can place an order at the window and they bring it out to... you. The corsica bread is absolutely phenomenal, baked perfectly every time. Get the equally good breadsticks if you want asmaller commitment. Their other bakery items are also great, particularly the ham and cheese croissants, which are great warmedup. Their prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for. Strongly recommend a visit while in Door County (bonus: visitand then go down the road to Koeppsels farm store!) Read more
I visited the bakery for the first time in several years early Saturday morning, knowing the prices were high, but was still... shocked by a $6.85 charge for a cherry Danish! As it was the only pastry that looked appetizing to me (mostly breads andcookies on display), I went ahead and bought the Danish. I didn't eat it until arriving home about 30 minutes later, and fromthe first bite knew it was at least a day old, if not more As other reviews have expressed, I expect any bakery worth visitingnot to be selling day old items unless clearly marked as such. We were disappointed by the high cost of everything! It is a very unique place and worth a visit for a first time stop in Door... County but expect to pay for it! They have a delicious variety of bakery items with a little cafe bar and a dine in sectionalso. It?s very cute inside and they sell a large selection of Door County made items. We won?t be back ourselves but are gladwe made the one time stop. Read more
I love this place. Don and Jean are wonderful and very welcoming to their guests. The food is great. I did buy some bread sticks... today and it was a little more money than I remembered. Still a great place though. Read more

If you... ok when you get to Door county, you MUST visit the Door County Bakery. (and wine bar??) Amazing people, out of this... world food, and the atmosphere .. I would be there once a week, if not more, too bad I don't live closer. Read more
