Absolutely garbage. Bowl was literally 85-90% rice. Meat was good, but topped with a laughable amount of raw cabbage, raw onions... and cold black beans. This tasted like a UN ration. My wife and I both felt sick after. Oh, as we were leaving another tablestopped us and asked how our food was as they’d ordered from the same food cart. They said their food was terrible too. And,the guacamole was served in a plastic container they clearly bought somewhere else. We actually looked at the container to seeif the store name was on it. Worst food cart experience ever, by far. I’d this place is around in a month the only answer willbe it’s a hidden camera realty show to see how much people will pay for horrific food. Seriously, shockingly bad across theboard. Read more
Just had a great lunch of 3 carne asada tacos and rice and beans. The rice was some of the best I\'ve had in a long time! The... tacos were great too! My husband is gluten free and cheese free and he also has a great lunch. We will be back, excited for thisnew addition to the Sisters food scene, we come through here often and needed something new. What do I have to say about this food cart? Well, to summarize for the quick reader, this is food that tastes as good as it... looks. This was my first time eating here, but I must say from service to food, it was an A+ experience. The only downside,which I cannot blame on them, is the long line for food, but this is a GOOD measure and indicator and reflects positively ontheir quality! I ordered the Carna Asada tacos with a side of guacamole. First, I’m going to say the “side” of guacamolewas more of a small bucket, well enough for my wife and I to share several servings. The meat and seasonings on the tacos weredelightful and very tasty. I also tried both of their salsas (red and green). The green is more mild with a light jalapeño (Ihope I am right about the pepper used!) taste and the red more spicy. On top of the high quality food and flavors, the locationat The Barn makes for a perfect atmospheric environment to partake in a tasty meal. Favorite taco truck ever! They have classic favorites but I am obsessed with their Brussel bowl that they offer. Growing up... vegetarian it was always so hard to find options on the menu that we rarely ate out. Chulita\'s offers a lot of vegetarianoptions and never hesitate to make it dairy free for our vegan friends out there! ????\nA bazillion% recommend to everyone. Stopped at Chulitas for some lunch, and it was the best decision ever!! The nachos were delicious and easily shareable. They... also have aguas frescas and I decided to get the hibiscus drink mixed with strawberry lemonade and it was so, so good!.. Me and wife were on a trip to Sisters and we heard about this food truck serving up really good Mexican food right next to a... brewery!! For starters the aesthetic of the truck is super pleasing from their decor to the way you can see them making yourfood as you order it. I am normally not one for getting Carne Asada, as most places serve up either too much fat or the meat istoo chewy. Reluctantly, I went for it as I heard this is the best meat to get here. I ordered a burrito with Guacamole and mywife got nachos and a plate of tacos (chicken and asada). When I tell you that this is the best burrito and tacos we have had!!The steak not only really well seasoned but it melted in my mouth as I bit into it. The chicken was flavorful, juicy and let metell you they do not skimp out on the portions here.\n\nTo top it off the service was great, we went at an early hour and I hadthe pleasure of casually meeting the owners Edgar and Olivia. They are full of energy and are new locals to Bend Oregon wherethey also run a juice cart as they informed me. The food and experience was overwhelmingly great, that I had to leave thisreview and me and wife had to go back this morning to get an horchata and hibiscus agua fresca along with more tacos andburritos. The tacos are so good. Had the Carne Asada, Chicken, Fish and Al Pastor, the meats are flavorful and delicious. Will be stopping... by again on the way home. It\'s located in the same spot as The Barn so you can also grab a beer if you so desire. If notChulitas has really good Horchata and Strawberry Lemonade. Read more
