This is an amazing family oriented restaurant that has the best hand tossed pizza?s! I heard from a friend to try their own... creation called the Dilly Pickle Pizza. Wow! It was the best pizza I?ve ever had, the bacon and pepperoncinis with the creamyranch sauce and Dill pickles then topped with Feta and Mozzarella cheese! This makes such a savoury and mouth wateringconcoction that will make you keep coming back for more. I had been wanting to try their pizza for a long time, and finally had a chance to stop in sisters and get one for me and my... family. We ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. I'm disappointed to say aside from places like dominos and little Caesars, this wasthe worst pizza I've had in all of Oregon. The crust was both hard and soft at the same time, the sauce was practically nonexistent, the cheese did not string even slightly, the pepperoni was of decent quality but not enough to justify the puddle ofgrease that the box turned into after sitting for no more than ten minutes. Now had all this been the case I still would havegiven it 2 stars, but the woman behind the counter could not be bothered to show even the slightest enthusiasm or friendliness,so with service also being a disaster, I rate Martolli's one star. Ww stopped here while passing through after a backpacking trip. They were only offering pizza by the slice because of a wedding... party they were getting ready for. No big deal. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the pizza was just ok at best. Read more

Very good pizza, crust was flavorful, sauce was good, and toppings were well balanced. Prices were a little high for the size,... but I understand how much everything is going up. If you get one for carry out, just be aware that they time they tell you yourpizza will be done seems a little optimistic (it took almost 15 minutes longer than we were told). This may have been aone-time thing (it seems like they were training the young lady working there), but we haven't been back up there in a couplemonths. Either way it was worth the wait. Read more

This is my favorite pizza spot in Central Oregon that I have found in the past 2 years of living here. It is absolutely a hidden... gem and can't be beat. The closest thing you can ever find to east coast pizza in my humble opinion of being a Jersey native formy entire life. Try it! You won't be disappointed! Read more
