By far the worst Subway experience I've ever had. I ordered ahead via the app and my sandwiches were not ready even tho the app... said they're ready. So I waited in line for 30 mins to pick up my online order that they only started making once they saw me.If you can't do online orders, don't make it an option. Employees moved so slow. We have eaten a several Subway sandwich stores and this one is consistently the worst of them all. The most recent visit we... found very unfriendly staff, the fountain was out of order , the tables were all dirty and the bathroom was filthy! The previousvisit we walked out without ordering because they didn?t have any ham or turkey. We will continue frequenting Subway Stores, butwe won?t be coming back to this one. There's new staff and they're so friendly. Randy made my sandwich tonight and it's probably the best made one I've ever... received. I'm guessing the manager, was also very pleasant. They all had great attitudes even though they're short staffed. IfI didn't just get a new job, after this experience, I would consider them. Very clean, newly redone, great staff, and needingjust two more employees to open the drive thru again! Read more
The managers here are not very good one might even say terrible. Lines of 15 people 1 worker and the manager just counts out... tips clocks off and leaves without even calling in a second person. A customer left because the wait was so long and confrontedthe manager in the parking lot. The manager aggressively yelled at said customer until they drove away. They then proceeded toempty an ungodly amount of fast food trash from their car and throw it away into the company trash cans. Went with the whole family for dinner. I wish I caught the gentleman's name who served me tonight, he had tinted purple hair and... was so upbeat and pleasant. Every answer was "absolutly!" He was quick and good at his work, looked like he was training someoneas well. Food was awesome. Place is a little rundown but looks like their working on it. This is becoming one of our favoriteplaces to go when we visit sisters. Read more
