We came in from a cruise and bought four drinks. Three drinks came out fine but the forth had almond milk used instead of whole... milk as requested. The girl behind the counter said we had to BUY a corrected drink because she made what was on the ticket.Given that we never saw the "ticket" that the girl who entered the order wrote down, we did not know that the order was takenincorrectly. The girl, Casey, refused to correct the order and would not do anything without approval from the manager. Therewas a boy behind the counter talking with Casey who did not work there who tried to "back her up". Not sure why a non employeewas behind the counter drinking coffee. Avoid this place. They don't care about customer service. Read more

We only had a short visit, long enough to get a couple of sodas, but the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Love the new remodel & extra seating options. They still have great food and drink options as well! It's the place to go for an... awesome caffeine boost from a Nitro Brew or Lotus italian soda, the only place in town for either of those! Also frozen yogurtwith all the topping options you could imagine. A Little Something Sitka has a little something for everyone :) #SmallThanksshout out because it's National Small Business Week!
