the disrespect you get from the people answering phones is insane. called to order food, asked a simple question if they do half... orders, and got a rude and racist comment back. I?d be embarrassed if i owned a business and the people answering the phoneswere talking to customers the way i was talked too, sad considering they were my favorite restaurant, time to find a new one! The worst service I have experienced ever! Went to have lunch with my friends while visiting Sitka by Cruise ship, and the... waitress/hostess was extremely hostile and rude to all of us. We had to get our own drinks from the fridge, after we had askedher more than once if we could get something to drink, (we had finished our food at this point) and was yelled at for "touchingthings". Later on she brought fortune cookies to the table and left without saying anything. When we asked her for the bill, sheyelled at us that she had "just put it down, it is right there". She is definitely not suitable to work in any kind of customerservice role. Do not visit this restaurant! Read more
That was the worst restaurant experience I?ve ever had, the lady in the front was being very hostile when we sat down. We asked... for the menu and she yelled at us to wait. She got my order wrong and yelled at me for it. When I finally got my food sheslammed it on the table very angrily. The food was sub par at best, the service was awful. Not impressed. Excellent Cuisine, very polite and courteous with each restaurant visit/take-out order, been ordering the same dinner specials... and appetizers for years, the General Tso's chicken has never once tasted off-putting or stuck out from any other visit; highlyrecommend this cozy-little Chinese/American restaurant; comparable if not considered equal to the quality held at Asian Palacewhom shares owners. One of my favorite local, low key restaurants. Away from the main tourist area.
This place has the best hot and sour soup and egg roll I've ever had. for such a small town I would not expect local Chinese to... out do NY Chinese food, but it far exceeded it in taste and presentation. The portions were huge and so so good! Read more

General Taos chicken with Shrimp Fried Rice is, by far, my favorite meal on the menu. They?re served separately but I like to... combine them myself (as shown in the photo I shared) & it?s delicious!
