Yuyo's was not half bad at first but now they "forget" sauces every order. It's been the 5th time in a row I pay for sauces and... they "forget" them and they say their drivers are too busy to bring them. My friends are saying the same thing happens to them.Also they skimp on pizza toppings now. Yuyo's isn't doing so well anymore. Read more

Food was great here! I was a bit skeptical given the mix of menu choices, but my food was really good! Especially the salsa! I... had a quesadilla with chips and salsa, nothing fancy, but enjoyed every bite. This restaurant is inside a storefront, then downthe stairs and on the left down the hall a bit. Found this little out of the way place in Sitka. We love Mexican food so we thought we'd try it. We thought the salsa served... with chips was excellent, but the rest of the food was a little bland overall. Noticed people at other tables ordering pizza,and it looked good. Wish we would have tried it. The waitress was nice and friendly, but it looked like she was the only oneworking that day, so the service was slow. After she brought us our check, we waited for 20 minutes for her to come back andpick up our credit card to process the payment, and she never did. We ended up going to the kitchen window to pay. Ordered delivery on a Sunday. Food finally showed up 2 and a half hours later, delivery person had a horrible attitude and... forgot half our order. Another forty minutes later we got the rest of our order cold and old. Food wasn't worth the 100$ for apizza and a few tacos. Never again will we waste our money with this business. Best place to grab some munchies or dinner after working all day. Always my go-to for sit down meals or to go. My favorites... are: Burrito ala carte Pizza Campechana Margarita pizza (best in Sitka) Millanesa de pollo (honestly way better thanChic-fila) This place also has a lot of cold glass Mexican sodas which pairs well with the atmosphere of Yuyos. It was good. I really enjoyed the cozy quiet nook away from noisey restaurant Hussle. I felt like the primary customer and... didn't feel rushed or interrupted. Great for groups of ten or group parties and business lunches or even secluded lunch dates wfriends. No views or windows. Would not recommend to claustrophobic individuals. Super awesome pizza al pastor and Sonoran enchiladas followed by churros with salted caramel ice cream tonight. Chef Chazaq Luz... Pinto Rodriguez is new here and is rocking this place ???? A few years ago I tried the place but didn't go back. It's been veryinconsistent, I've heard, but they've found a good chef now. The food has greatly improved with a professional quality. Read more
