This is a very beautiful boutique hotel. Service is outstanding everywhere. Location is perfect. View is amazing. Food and... drinks are outstanding. Somewhat pricey but value is good. Parking is difficult. Non-guests sneak into the lot. We got the lastspot. It seems odd that a place that pays attention to all other details doesn't police this more. When I return- because I doplan on returning- it will make me upset if I have to park in a paid lot up the street. Read more
We just left there a couple days ago. Several things that need improving. The rooms are so noisy. I was asleep in my room and... got woke up 2 to 3 times by people coming up stairs talking and laughing in the hallway. Parking is horrible. I noticed lots ofcars of people parking and then walking to go shopping. Front desk ok but not overly friendly. The waitress we had both nightsat dinner was fabulous. For the money we paid I expected just a little more. The meals we had were delicious. Read more
Had a nice late lunch here midweek. Very nice interior on first floor with dining areas in tavern area or more formal dining... room available. Massive windows give unimpeded view of one of the finger lakes and I got a seat at a table looking onto mainstreet and the lake. Charming hostesses in the inn. Busy upscale atmosphere. Good waitress, fast service, wonderful food. Ihad an appetizer of the dynamite calamari which was actual more like a large salad with plenty of perfectly cooked fresh squidserved over spinach leaves with a good dynamite vinaigrette and fresh limes. Followed by a bowl of perhaps the most decadentFrench onion soup I have ever tasted. What's not to like when you have it this good. Read more

It was an excellent experience as it always is we ate in the bar. The shrimp cocktail was great five colossal shrimp some of the... best I've had. I had the pecan crusted salmon for the rice and asparagus and because the meal was a little bit late because theygave it to somebody else the manager came over and count all our meals I was very nice of her and without even asking. Very beautiful building and location. Front windows allow for a nice lake view. My wife and I went for lunch and were... surprised at how decent prices were. Food we ordered was very good. We will stop by again for sure!! Read more
We went for an engagement celebration for my son and his fiancee.We had a party of 11. Everything arrived hot and... delicious. Waitress was happy to take a photo for us even as the dining room filled with guests. My son said it was the beststeak he had ever had. My daughter felt there should have been more scallops for her meal . What she did get were good. Read more
Chairs were so heavy they were very difficult to move. They don't slide on the carpet. Also, there is one restroom for men which... can accommodate 3 at a time but the door will hit the person at the sink. Between the bar area and the full dining area, it mustseat 125-150 easily. Expand the restrooms or add new. Read more
