If I could give zero stars, I would. Aside from the subpar customer service, this location cannot get an order right to save... their life!!! This is the 20th time they have messed up and given me something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I ORDERED!!!!!! Iordered a cheeseburger and got a dang chicken sandwich ?????????????????????? I have been avoiding Carl's Jr. because of thisreason and just decided to give them another chance on my lunch break.
