This review goes to the higher ups. Look at the pictures, Thursday morning only medium size coffee cups, almost all coffee... creamers bins empty, flavored coffee machines out of drinks. I stopped in for ice cream after I paid for my milk and ice cream sandwich I realized they had soft serve... Went and got soft... serve. The cashier got hostile when I told him I had already paid for the other two items. Finally after I said I would pull upthe purchase on my phone he said how I told him because I paid with a card he reprints the last recipt and just says my bad justgo get out. I'm there almost everyday, the employees are always very positive and very upbeat. I try to give my business to Casey's, even... when i'm out of town. They have a solid business model & i expect to see Casey's do well for many years. Read more
This Casey's has some of the most polite staff of the few gas station options around. I've actually avoided it lately though... because of how long you have to stand in line. If I'm going to pay convenience store prices I expect convenience. I had a staffmember actively avoid me for over 5 minutes. Until they get their day shift sorted out, it's quicker to go elsewhere. By far the worst Casey's I have ever used and I would have never thought I'd say that about Casey's. Pizza is hardly ever... correct when ordered, they try to pass off other food items when they refuse to cook what you ordered bc its frozen and theemployees are downright rude. If you are out of something or dont know how to make it that's fine. You call the customer andmake other arrangements. But when someone orders $40 worth of food, its made wrong and not at all what I ordered. Then theemployees are rude and act act like the customer is wrong bc they want what they actually ordered and not just random stufftheres a problem. Congratulations Casey's. I came in into caseys at 11:40 and they told me that they were closedTheir website says they do not close till 12 and I know... that they don't close till 12 because I have a son that used to work there the two guys that where at the register where rudeand hateful I stop there everyday on my way to work but won't be anymore caseys is a horrible place to go Read more
