I have been trying to get Mazzios to add my address to their delivery system since July. With no luck! I even went to the... store in Skiatook gave them my address and phone number to add. Only the General Manager can add who I believe does not exist,because they are never there. I'll just order from Pizza Hut down the street, who already had my new home address in theirsystem...WOW there is customer service in this world, but it's not at Mazzios! Read more
I ordered 2 pizzas. One was ok. The other was wrong. The lady was like let us fix it! I said ok. An hour and half later I called... in spoke to a rude lady, so I asked for a supervisor. Nick come on the phone placed me on hold, come back on the line said theyare refunding my purchase. Hmmm. We will see Read more
Pizza was wonderful! Salad bar was not so grand. Lettuce was very wilted and browning, toppings were at a minimal. I would... expect it middle of the day however this was right at opening. All the tables were dirty as well. Staff was extremely nicethough! Read more
Computer system failed so I waited for my food in my car for about 45 minutes . The workers were very nice and overly... apologetic once I backed up to the empty drive thru that so many people went through as I waited patiently for my food. I evengave my name to the young lady worker who came to bring their order to another waiting vehicle and she said she would check onceshe got my name again. She came back out to my car and told me it would be about 10 more minutes after about 20 more minutesis when I backed up to the window and started to have an attitude but my order was finally ready. That's when the apologies cameflooding in. When I got home, my pizza was raw dough in some spots. Read more
Wow been trying to be open minded with this place, but every time I go to pick up its a 30 minute wait with everyone that is in... line. Why can't they get their pizza out in a timely matter? So end result ordered online...order was supposed to be ready 6:15was there still waiting 7:30. Half my order was sitting there getting cold for who knows how long when I walked in a 7pm afterwaiting in car for an hour! So ended up asking for money back and left with no pizza! It took them 2 hours to deliver our order, which was originally supposed to be only 30-45 minutes. Not only was the food cold,... but they forgot parts of our order and gave us the wrong receipt. They never get our order right and this will be the last timewe go. The only positive side was that our delivery driver was nice. Read more
Avoid it. Worst Mazzios EVER. I ordered a pizza with a 45 minute wait time, 1.5 hours later it was ready, cold. The fact thay... the owner doesn't respond to complaints should keep you away. Horrible service. Read more
