This is the slowest most unorganized McDonalds. It consistently takes 20min or more to get your food thru the drive thru. the... reson I choose fast food is not becuse it is the best option its becuse I'm in a rush. I don't have time but If I can't get fastfood in less than 30 min what is the point. This isn't fine dining it is supposed to be convenient. Read more
I?ve been sick and haven?t eaten a lot the last couple days and now have my appetite back. I sent my son to the Skiatook... McDonald?s and they brought me back what taste like 2 day old fries , no warmth to them at all and my fish sandwich was cold anddried out. Can we not do better. Read more
Sure wish McDonalds would get it together. If you're going to charge me for my sauce then I expect sauce in my bag. Or at least... make the food fresh.. Read more
Ok customer service is great but they always get my order wrong! Also if you ever go through the Drive Thru, expect to wait... about 20 or so mins to get your wrong food ???? Read more
Drive through sucked. Got all the way home and realized they didn't give us all our food. Husband had to go back to pick up the... remainder. How hard can it be to double check an order before you give it to the customer. Read more

I wish people still said "I'm sorry, " but I guess not. If a mistake is made, say I'm sorry about your food being given away. ... Makes having to wait for it to be cooked again easier, especially since precious time to eat is being used. Read more
The people here literally can?t read. I come here all the time and they always mess up my burgers. Apparently no onions means... add onions in McDonald?s language. Every single time. Not to mention that half of my nuggets last time we?re literally raw andundercooked. This place needs to check themselves because they don?t know how to do their jobs. (I?ve worked at this McDonald?sbefore, I know how it?s done.) I honestly don?t want to even come back, and I?m gonna try to go out of my way not to. Read more
