Very poor service. Our pizzas were cut horrible and barley cooked.

The employees are so rude. The food is good. I wont be back. When you try to address a something with a manager, they brush it... off like its no big deal. Half of my pizza was laying on the other half. See pictures. They didnt even offer anything to fix it. Read more

Ordered my pizza at 6:24, got a confirmation email that my order would be delivered at 6:50. I called Pizza Hut at 7:10 and was... told they didnt have my order and that I should check which location I put the order to. I order from this location quite oftenand this has never happened before but they some how lost my order completely. I finally recieved my order at 7:47. My initial order was over the phone. That call was disconnected and no one called me back and when I called back I was... immediately put on hold and not even given the chance to ask if my order was completed. I needed this pizza for a reading rewardat 1:30 for my students who had reached their goal( not related to Book It) so I went online and ordered. Then I had two pizzasdelivered when I only needed one. Just frustrated that no one called me back to ensure that I knew my pizza was for sure orderedand would be delivered.
