If you want to get what you ordered, don't eat here. They'll normally mess up your food- it's good but they almost always mess... up. CarHops are so sweet tho and always try to fix it with little to no hassle. Read more

My last visit I ordered dinner for me and my roomie, and realized a large side of chili cheese tots meant to be split between us... was missing! No big deal, you might think, but spoiler: the fact the next paragraph is such a monumental brick isrepresentative of how much of a fiasco it was to resolve this very simple problem. I went back with my receipt, almost the sameexact stall (one over), pressed the button and explained the issue to an employee ("I was just here and ordered a large meal anda large side of chili cheese tots is missing, I have the receipt, here is the number on it") who repeated the problem back to mein acknowledgement... sort of ("chili cheese tots??" I think is all they said, very quizzically) and then just. Stopped talkingto me? The order screen stayed open for several minutes, blank, while this employee took other orders -- I could hear theirvoice a couple stalls over -- but just. Stopped taking my 'order' entirely and the order screen eventually went away. So Ipressed the button again after several minutes of no one updating me on the status of those tots, and re-explained the issue tosomeone who sounded like the exact same person (I could be wrong!) but did not seem to remember our previous... call it aconversation, and they apologized and assured me that the tots would be out shortly. A different employee came out severalminutes later and brought me medium tots. I thanked them, asked if that was a large order, and this employee said "No, was itsupposed to be? He just yelled out a medium." This employee was kind enough to go back and make it again themself and bring itout to me and I am still very sorry I had to ask and take up this person's time and my own with this. Today I just asked for alarge dr. pepper and a medium coke with easy ice, on a glitchy black order screen that did not load in the order on the displayexcept for the words "easy ice", and when I eventually brought home our drinks, turns out my roommate did indeed Read more

Food quality has gone waaaay down at Sonic. And their prices are as high as a sit-down hamburger restaurant. Last visit we... couldn't decide whether to get a jr breakfast burrito or the junior but went ahead and chose the regular size. It was so small Ithought they accidentally gave us the juniors instead. But nope. I can't imagine there being much filling in one smaller than wegot. Read more

Rotten meat! My dad's meat was white! Stop apologizing and do something about it, or give people a refund. Unless you want a... lawsuit. Terrible management! I ordered a creamslush I got a slush, I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with no bacon, I orderedonion rings and they were burnt plus no receipt. I emailed corporate because this was absurdity.
