I was told that they were out of "beef" for the next 45 minutes. How does a fast food restaurant run out of their primary... ingredient and essentially shut down the whole business during regular hours? Obviously a poorly managed franchise. I left andwent to McDonald's. The customer service is good here. The people have always been pleasant. There is hardly ever a line,probably because the food is poorly prepared. The workers there need to realize that the food they are making is not cheap. Myorder was over 13 bucks for 6 tacos, and the tacos were poorly and barely filled (see photo). I started to take them back, butI had gone through the drive thru and already driven home. The workers need to make the tacos as if they were making them forthemselves. I doubt that they would make their own taco to be 80 percent taco shell with lettuce in it. This is not aFranchise wide issue. Both Taco Bell's in Owasso make good food most of the time. I have been going to this location since it was built years ago and never had any problems with them. Now it's impossible to get... your order correct and the quality of the food is shameful. And the app NEVER works here. We drive 20 minutes to get there andthen they can't find our orders. And since we order online exclusive offers we aren't able to get anything we had planned on.Their customer service is ridiculous. Rude and unwilling to do anything to try and get your order fixed. They just stand therelooking confused and do nothing. Contacted customer service twice with no reply so far. Read more
Possibly the worst experiences I've had at a Taco Bell. First I went through the drive-thru and they were very rude but I... decided that was just one bad experience. Very rude drive thru teller. Her name is M Luis, in retaliation for telling her that I will let her know what our order is after... we decide she puts busted salsa packets that have been dried for days in my order cross contaminating My order( who would eatthat?!!!), Then you call to file a complaint the store manager basically makes it sound like it's normal and no big deal. Not tomention on the way out of drive thru when we were paying I hand over my wife's chime card, she takes it gives us our order sayshave a good night and slams the window keeping the chime card, so I wait until she opens it she says "oh oops sorry". I'm sorrybut people like that shouldn't be working with customers, we don't want a refund we want a settlement!!!!!! Read more

Please teach the girl at the drive thru window with the green hair to count. I gave her exact change. She comes back to the... window a few minutes later to tell me she still needs 18 cents. I gave it to her so I could get my food, but no, I didn't owemore money. And like, how do you get sauce?! Asking for it doesn't work. Is there another way? Read more
