I went there 3 days in a row for hot tea but could not get the hot water to make it. They said that the machine that heats the... water is not working. Are you kidding me??? A multi-million dollar company that does not have a backup to make hot water, nomicrowave, or some other way to heat water? This is not the first time this has happened at this location. The last time themachine was not working for 3 weeks. This is totally unbelievable and unacceptable. The management needs to step up and dosomething about this! Read more

I was not going to write a review but it happened to me a second time. The first time it was the old lady with the gray hair was... very nasty with me because I gave her $100 bill and just today the other older woman gave me an attitude because I had a $50bill. When I told her that's what the bank gave me she told me no that's what you asked for insinuating that she was there withme very nasty too old ladies! I'm not huge on reviews being I'm in the food service industry for over 35 years. However, I felt I needed to express how much... I love the Rocky Hill store !!!!! We have been been going to this store for over 10 years now and everyone always makes us feelwelcome almost like family! I love that. We recently noticed you have a new employee named Liz - I love her hair and she alwayshas a smile and we crack jokes and it's really welcoming and makes our trips that much more enjoyable. Last weekend, I stopped at the Wawa on route 206, in Montgomery, NJ, had the best experience. As usual, friendly frontliners,... very helpful. I usually get my coffee before I started my weekend shift at 7am at the nursing home. The very dedicated frontliner noticed my scrub, she said coffee is free for me. Thank you to all the Wawa staff for always so kind. I appreciate you.Every weekend I look forward to get my coffee there. Always good experience there, before and after covid19. Paid $8 for this. The employee at the register was friendly, but the employee making the food went on saying to another employee... about how she didn?t care much for other peoples food. When I opened the bowl, I realized her statement had some truth to it.Oh, and she forgot the cranberry sauce. Wawa is way too over priced and not worth the time or money anymore. Never again.
