We were looking for a good BYOB spot when we came across Vallini. I've been searching the area for the perfect bolognese and... this ladies and gentleman was the one! Charcuterie board had a delicious assortment of meats and cheeses. The calamari had adelightful flavor, but was slightly over cooked as a table beside us also pointed out. Probably the worst Italian food we (my wife and I) have ever had from a restaurant. Ordered a pasta and salmon dish that was... basically overpriced mac and cheese with pieces of canned salmon. Atmosphere is also not one of an Italian kitchen. Read more

I ordered the special: homemade pumpkin ravioli in a white crab sauce with pine nuts. It was fantastic, the sweet pumpkin a... great contrast with the savory sauce; although, the otherwise delicious bechamel could have included a bit more crab. Mycompanion ordered the halibut - one of the most expensive selections on the menu. Unfortunately, it was way, way overcooked, dryand leathery, and lacked the typical moist, flaky, tender character of properly prepared halibut. This could have been becauseof the busy evening at the restaurant; however, an establishment should be consistently excellent, regardless of traffic,especially as otherwise fine an eatery as Vallini. The rustic dividers make it comfortable instead of feeling like we in a pandemic. The charcuterie board was incredible and... plentiful, define brussel sprouts or a nice surprise with how they prepare them and the Chilean sea bass was perfect. Read more
We had a bridal shower here for my soon-to-be sister in-law and from the delicious food to the cozy, romantic venue, everything... was perfect! Jason and the staff were so accommodating to our large group and specific menu requests - he even made sushi offthe menu, which was a hit! Dessert was also fantastic. Don’t assume if they have all open reservations that you can just walk in here 10 minutes later after checking and get a... table. You can’t, and you will be refused at the door, even with the entire restaurant being empty at the time. Ask me how Iknow. Read more
