Nobody seated us. Nobody paid attention while we waited for over 30 mins. The whole place was only 25% capacity. There were only... 4 tables occupied on the right side section. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN BEFORE A LAWSUIT COMES!!! Possibly the worst experience me and my family ever had. Who is running this... location? 1. No host at the entrance, had to flag someone down for attention which took 5 minutes. 2. Place was 25% atcapacity at most and took the host to seat me and my family after ~15 minutes. 3. Ordered cheese curds for appetizers. Therewas no cheese, just the batter/coating fried. 4. Grill was broken so decided to order boneless wings. The ?wings? were the sizeof a nickel. I was shocked how small they were. Almost $12 for 10 nickel sized wings (half the size of a normal chicken nugget).Decided to send it back for tenders. 5. Tenders were raw and super small. I felt mentally sick the moment I bit into the rawchicken. 6. The manager Maria and or Beatrice didn?t even come to the table to acknowledge this horrific experience. Imappalled just writing this. Absolutely the worst service and food! Ordered take out for 3 people. The fries in each order were cold and hard as if they... had been made 3 days ago, stale as heck! Ordered celery and carrots for all 3 and they only gave one packet and both the celeryand carrots looked rotted! Ordered boneless wings with my choice of sauce for all three and barely any sauce in any one wing! A manager should be doing quality control checks on most orders and designating someone to check each take out order to makesure food looks right and everything ordered is in the bag! Makes you wonder who?s mining the store?! Disgusting food! I gotan upset stomach almost immediately after eating just part of that nasty food. Save your money and go elsewhere! Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! If I were to review this spot years ago, I probably... would have given a 3/5. Recently posted up at the bar on a Friday around 6pm. Not super busy, but the Bartender was energeticand a joy to be served by. Came here on a Tuesday and it wasn?t even crowded. Yet there was dirty dishes at just about every table so we had trouble... finding a place to sit. Then it took almost 10 mins for a server to come to take our order. Read more

The only way to describe this trip was awful. Waited to get seated when it wasn't crowded. Sat there for 10 minutes waiting to... get our order taken. One of the orders came out quicker than the other. Neither order was hot they weren't even warm. Theboneless wings were tiny and I'd be embarrassed to even call them wings. The Nashville hot was not hot nor would I even describeit as a Nashville type sauce. The spicy garlic was not that spicy and very salty. I would not recommend going there. There aremuch better places to get wings. This was the first time back at Buffalo wild wings in a long time and now I remember why Istopped going. Overall just yak...I understand that there is a shortage of workers and we waited... patiently for our food...The issue was once we received it that it looked yak... The only shining light was the young lady whosat us down and our waitress, GABY...She was attentive and understanding...She was filling in from her regular location at theBrickyard...She did the best she could being so short staffed...They should have more employees like her... My son wanted very bad to come here for his 9th birthday for wings and to watch baseball. Arrived at 5:30pm and asked for a... table for 7 (3 adults and 4 kids) on the patio. The said patio was closed, ok, but that they could not accommodate a group ofour size. See pics, the place is empty. The server on staff was rude and told us there were no available tables in hersection, but she was sitting at at least one empty table with another one empty right next to her and she said that was the onlysection open. There were at least 10 people working the front of the house. No managers came to assist, she couldn?t care lessabout our special occasion, just said we have to leave. If you fail, it?s not because you can?t find workers, it?s because yourworkers don?t care. Read more
