The fork smelled like eggs. The food was visibly and in taste, not fresh and was clearly reheated. The bun was hard at bottom... and when complained they just brought another bun to table and told us to switch it. Usually the order is re done. Carry outorder was brought before our ordered dine in items were brought in. No ketchup on table. Chicken tots is a joke. It's allpotatoes with not even 2 ounce of shredded chicken on top. Why name it as such. Bathroom had very bad and stale smell. Thefaucets had mold as in the pics and video. We are never returning here again. Read more
This place has been left to it?s employees to manage themselves, and it shows; in the cleanliness of it from floor to tables and... men bathroom. The 3 different sauces were in same pile. Unfortunately not all wings were covers in sauce. (see picbelow). Overall this place is failing, from corporate to management. Read more
The food here is as expected, kind of low quality yet yummy if you?re in the mood for heavy fried wings, especially the boneless... wings which are On specials on Thursdays where you can buy one get one free. Very heavy on the batter not much meat. A nicevariety of sauces though with varying heat levels. Some perks of the place: lots of TVs for different sports games to watch, agood selection of beers, air conditioning, decent wings; and some cons: bathroom smelled gross, service was mediocre, clienteleis loud and lots of kids, more of a bar scene than a restaurant. Everytime I order online there?s always a problem with them. I suggest you check your orders before you leave the restaurant. I... had two to go orders, one of them didn?t include the fries & the other one the tater tots were literally so hard they wereinedible. The only reason why this review is getting 2 stars is because they manager was super nice and decided to give me arefund. If you want wings, absolutely, just don't get any veggies to go. I haven't had a dine-in experience, but my to go orders have... been dreadful. I ordered a salad, appetizers, and wings last time and picked them up myself. The salad and appetizers were sogross I actually called, which I have never done in my life. The salad had too many rotten greens and our appetizer was cold.They gave me a gift card and they were great about fixing the issue. Really bad French Fries quality as you can see in the picture. The burger was also very very basic and kinda tasteless tbh! The... wings were pretty good tho. It's buffalo wild wings after all! The service was a bit slow cause we got our burger first and thenit took em a good 5 minutes to bring out the wings. So one of us had her food and theother person was just sitting there!
