The only reason we stopped at this BK was because we didn't want to eat at the grease-pit that is the local McDonalds. The... tasteless mozzarella sticks have more thick bland breading than cheese. The onion rings were mostly tasty, but too oily. Myclassic chicken sandwich had so much mayo that i needed to scrap some off. This would have been easy to do if they had includedany napkins, but they didn't. My traveling companion had the BK King and the bun was nearly ready to be used as a hockeypuck. Says 24 hours but isn?t because the workers don?t want to work. I drive by here on my way home from work and I work nights. Out... of 10 times I stop there maybe 2 times they took my order and both times the food was terrible. You can see the workers insideand they clearly just don?t want to take my order. I?m honestly thinking of applying for a night shift job here because it?sbasically a free check since they don?t work. I watched 3 cars tonight pull in and wait for someone to take their order whichnever happened. This happens here all the time. Zero stars. Terrible experience. There?s an African American women working the night shift who provides the WORST service I have ever... received in my life. For starters she purposefully keeps drive through lights and sign outside off so it looks as if the storeis closed. She asked us 100 times ?would that be all? as if she was rushing us out of line. Gave us attitude and genuinelyprovided the worst service I have ever seen. I couldn?t believe my eyes and ears I was waiting for a camera crew to pop out ofthe bushes and tell us it?s a prank. This my 2nd time going to this place and my first time was also bad experience. The fries or hashbrown was cold and oily. It was... cooked and dipped for few sec to the deep fryer and serve. It was raining on Sunday night around 9pm when I came here. Went to the locked side door which did NOT list the hours to be... served inside. It says open 24 hours on the sign. Walked back in the rain to my car. Drove to the drive-through which WAS open.Service was delayed. The young lady's voice I could barely hear in the rain but my voice seemed amplified. I drove up to thepick-up window. A black Prius was stopped just beyond the pick-up window. Parking lights on. It just sat there. Took just acouple minutes to get my order. The young polite tattooed Hispanic lady behind the pick-up window just shrugged her shoulderswhen I asked why the car was not moving. She did not understand this blocked exit was a problem. The car did not move inresponse to a honk from me and the car behind me. I had to pull out as if from parallel parking. I knocked on the car window. Anirate but polite older Middle Eastern man with kufi explained in heavily accented English that he was told to pull up and waitsince his order wasn't ready. That made no sense. He didn't understand he was blocking the exit. I can't help wondering iflanguage impeded communication here. A failure to communicate, leads to confusion, customer dissatisfaction. Not my job. I justwanted food. Tried the ????. Not too scrumptious in appearance. OK taste. ???? adequate, cold by the time I got home. Doublewhopper loaded - good as usual - like other Burger Kings. The receipt was illegible. Ink should have been changed. Faded to thepoint of not visible. Literally no ink. So. Slow service. Illegible receipt. Hours not clearly posted on side exit. Better than McDonald's however there are still some issues. For one, the fries were super salty. Two, the whole place has a... depressing feeling. Three, while the burgers do taste better than McDonald's..they are very bland. It just tastes like plainbeef. Read more
