Only liked the Appetiser and our drinks! I don?t think it worths to eat at this franchise, you pay more than what it should be,... and also because their food is not very tasty and it?s very simple with their ingredients. While at the mall i wanted to try some pasta from here. The restaurant needs to be updated and cleaned, specially the outside... area. As for the food, I tried the Garlic cream fettuccine and tequila chicken fettuccine. Both of the dishes were of goodsize and they were ok. The drinks are ok as well. The service was good, our server did take the time to come around a fewtimes. I think I'll try another place next time. Read more
The salads and pizza are good. The service has changed quite a bit. We were told it would be a few minutes to be seated outside... due to staffing. About 15 minutes later, our 2 toddlers couldn?t wait any longer so we decided to go elsewhere. Seems like theydidn?t care as they only had 4 tables seated in the entire restaurant and turned multiple groups away. We ended up having awonderful experience somewhere else so I guess everything happens for a reason. Read more
Great experience. Pizza was excellent and the thin crust tortilla pizza came with a terrific fresh salsa. Our server Abraham was... so knowledgeable and efficient. Was I surprised? Absolutely as I have not been to this chain in years but will definitely comeback when I am hungry at the mall! Read more

For a few years now I've been a bit skeptic about trying CPK's pizza. But after finally trying them for the very first time ever... this past Mayday, was pleasantly surprised about the great taste. I first tried their frozen pizza some 10 years ago but wasnever anything to write home about and maybe average-tasting at best among any other frozen pizza brands I regularlypurchase. I currently shop for specific styles of particular frozen pizza brands and I love the way they all taste. The overallmenu here is decent with a fairly extensive beer/wine/cocktail list but the appetizer choices were on the short side. Thehand-tossed create-your-own pizza we had was delicious with fresh ingredients bolstered by exceptional customer service from ourserver Michelle. If ever down at Old Orchard or in the area again, would definitely come back for some tasty pizza. Read more
Two dishes that are good, the Cedar Plank Salmon and their Butter Cake are both quite tasty. Haven?t tasted their signature... pizza dishes. Staff is nice and attentive. Read more
