After being a loyal customer of Chipotle for over 15 years, I can no longer stomach eating here. I ordered catering (an... expensive order, I might add) from this Chipotle online back in May and my personal information from that order was shared lastweek on TikTok this past week by an employee at this branch. The video went ?viral? and has resulted not only in onlinebullying but dozens of harassing phone calls and texts. The food is not worth the risk to my security or emotional health. Iwould highly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this place. (I had no contact with any of the employees before orduring this order so I have no idea why they chose me to be the victim of their sick humor.) Read more
I assume because they moved and got a drive thru they think they can serve up half size burritos. The drive thru could have been... convenient, but now I have to drive much further to get a real size Chipotle. Not so convenient. Bummer. Avoid this location. Read more
I found a dead fly in my burrito bowl. When I brought this to the managers attention she didn?t seem concerned and said she... could make another one. At that point I lost my appetite. Absolutely disgusting not to mention the service is horrible Read more
Great customer service, food is always fresh and everyone is so professional. The Guacamole, so good and so fresh, wasn't brown... like other places that serves it. I can say this location is clean. It def seemed like everyone working here wants to work here so that?s good. The inside itself... s clean and they were super busy even at 2:30 on a Monday! The staff was friendly and the food was good but the only thing I?llsay is seating is limited. There are only two tables to sit at as the rest are individual stools or some high top stools to sitat. So if you?re a table guy like myself, you may be SOL. I?ll have to come back to check out the drive thru feature in thefuture. Parking is plentiful as they have a big enough lot. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Ordered a chicken burrito, with rice, beans, sour cream and cheese but when I went to... pick it up it looked like they gave me half a burrito. When I took it inside to ask about the size I was told its smallerbecause of the ingredients I ordered. I understood this but told her that I've ordered this many times and it was never thissmall before (this is only slighter larger than the label on the burrito) to which the girl at the counter responded it is whatit is. So I went down the street to the closest chipotle and ordered the exact same thing. The burrito I got this time was 2inches bigger (that's almost 40% more)!
