My favorite Dunkin location in the neighborhood. It?s clean and they have very great customer service.

Walked into this Dunkin donuts, and was greeted with a smile. I ordered an iced Caramel Latte with 7 pumps or caramel, the girl... at the register named Mary asked if I wanted a caramel craze latte instead and explained to me what it was, I am so glad shedid, It was amazing the cinnamon sugar on top of the whipped cream is a game changer. Was in line and was called to the 2nd register. A young man took my order. He gave me my drink then told me the person at the... first register would ring me up. He walked away. I waited until she was finished with the customer. She then called over thenext person. I told her she needed to ring me up. She told me I had to stand in line. I started to tell her what the guy toldme. She started to take the order of the next person. I left my order and walked out. As I was leaving I heard her call out"have a nice day ma'am". If there's a problem with the coworkers they shouldn't be taking it out on the customers.Never goingback to this Dunkin' Donuts again. Read more

I'm a huge fan of coffee! I really enjoy getting iced lattes. I went into this location and I was unsure what to order. I... typically get the same thing but I wanted to try something new. The staff here was so nice and helpful in my decision making.Ultimately I did try a new drink and it was great! I will absolutely go back to this location. Read more
Worst service ever, the guy at the register rung up only one item that I ordered and he ran it thru as if I had given him cash.... after a couple of attempts he fixed the issue then became upset when I repeated my order. Said he had something to do and walkedto the back and left the front unattended. Read more
