This well known Filipino franchise makes pretty darn good chicken. Having said, rest of the items are subpar. French fries are... not even close to other fast food franchises. Spaghetti is little too sweet. Lastly, they lack balanced options like salad.Given other fried chicken options, it is hard to recommend this place. Read more
Super slow service. It?s not busy at all and we?ve been waiting just to order for over 30 minutes.. we are only 3rd in line and... there was just no workers taking any orders..after finally getting our order taken, it?s another 30 mins plus for the food.. ithas gotten worse over the years.. it?s like there?s only one worker.. Spicy chicken is always out. As well as other items. Everyside i asked for, ?sorry we are out..? what does this store even have ?? why are they even open if they?re always out ofeverything? Also Halo Halo seems to be discontinued for some reason. It?s been 3 years and still nothing.. the workers are rudesometimes. This was my first time here. The food was good. But there pineapple juice was the show!!! Beyond my expectations for real.... ???????? I only thing I couldn't look past was that the dinning room was super dirty. Food on/under just about every table andthe hand prints on the bathroom door was crazy! My husband told the cashier that the dinning room was very dirty and all hesaid was sorry we don't have a cleaner today. ???????????? He was just standing around talking to the other employees. We were excited to give Jollibee a try but the service fell flat. The drive thru line wasn't long but the wait to get our food... was. We ordered two pieces of chicken and two sides. Two of the items we wanted were not available, the halo-halo and thepineapple quencher...disappointing. After we paid we were told to pull around while our fries were being made. We were told thewait would be 5 minutes...20+ minutes later after going inside to see what was going on we received our order. The restaurantneeds to have a clear drive thru pick up area, staff need to check on customers to communicate any changes, the menu board needsto be updated to reflect what is actually available and staff need to take accountability. Own it when mistakes are made,apologize, learn from them, make the necessary adjustments and move on. On the plus side, the chicken was good, it was crispyand flavorful. The complimentary peach and mango pie was equally enjoyable, it was reminiscent of peach cobbler. I will be backfor the pie and hope that the service has improved. Read more
Halo halo here is okay. Jam is very stringy and almost hairy like and gets stuck to your teeth while hanging off your mouth... which is really unpleasant. Beans were also very undercooked. It did taste sweet but not too sweet. For $6.16 with tax it wasn'tthe best value, but it is something different. Dining room is fairly clean but a lot of crumbs on the ground. Service is nicebut with 6 workers on a light day, it took about 5 minutes just to get my order taken, and 7 minutes to receive my order. Read more
