[March 26, 2022, 9:49 PM] A wonderful eatablishment with friendly staff, Maggiano's Little Italy at Old Orchard made the food... well worth the wait! Chosen from the Family Style Menu, some selections pictured are Italian Meatballs, Chicken Parmesan, Mom'sLasagna, Tiramisu, and Crème brûlée. The interior matches with the classy, "old timey" music, which made me feel like Iought to be wearing my three piece suit. Fabian (unsure if I spelt it right) and the other staff (including the manager) havebeen very wonderful to us during our time here. Quick and attentive service. Food served hot and cooked to exact temperature requested for meat. Server kept ice water filled... and answered any questions we had. Arrived just before “dinner time” and got a booth without a reservation. Great locationand will be return for sure. Highly recommend Gigi’s butter cake for dessert! Read more
First time here celebrating my birthday with my family. Appetizers are mouth-watering delicious, a little crowded but was fine.... Didn't care for the restroom being downstairs , cuz when you wear heels trying to look nice and sexy but and have bad knees. Oneshould be on the main floor. Had a very enjoyable good dinner for my birthday at maggiano's. The chicken parm was very good. The side of spaghetti the... noodles were a little dry which was very surprising. The chicken franchisee was also very good. The salads were your averagesalad. Nothing special but very good. The tiramisu for dessert was excellent. If you’re cravings some Italian pasta, this is the place. Their Alfredo Pasta was delicious! I recommend adding in the side of... broccoli with it! The chicken and Spinach Manicotti was delicious as well! It’s been a while since I indulged in Italian food!No regrets! Our server, Yuliya, was the sweetest! She was very accommodating to our needs! First time trying and i wouldn't go back. Food was good and the take home $5 pastas were even better but the service was awful.... I'm not sure if our server was new or just didn't care but we had to ask and wait for everything... water, utensils etc. Weasked what beers were on tap and he named 3 and said "that's all I can remember right now". Then mid meal they had all theservers do a wine tasting when the restaurant was busy at 5pm on a Saturday so we had to wait some more to order anything...madeno sense. We went to the bar to ask for lemon for our drink during the wine tasting and a lady waiting before us told us she hadbeen standing there for 20min and hadn't been helped yet so we just went back to our table.
