Don't order from here as it is a scam. We stayed at a Hilton at the Chicago O'Hare Airport and saw the flyer at the check in... counter. I'm appalled the hotel would even recommend this place. Our food never arrived. They charge a $20 delivery fee. Myfiance called to check on the status and they didn't pick up, his number was subsequently blocked. I tried as well after an hourof no food, and my number was blocked as well. This was a $65 charge for food that never arrived (and looks very poor quality byother reviews) and to then have our numbers blocked shows this place to clearly be a scam. Needless to say I will be filing aclaim with my bank. Avoid at all costs. Read more
Not acceptable. Honestly at this point it's on the hotel for giving out flyers for this place. I ordered a pizza and was told ot... would be 45 minutes. I called after and hour and was told 10-15 minutes more. I called after that and no ine answered. I fullygot ready and went to bed and then got a missed call that hung after less than 1 ring (almost 2 hours after the initial order).I immediately called back and he said he was 5 minute's away. Had I know I would be left to then ignored and yhwn recieve apizza at 2am after being stranded at the hotel airport I would have never ordered. Every review I read says the same issues. Stayed at the hilton and was given their flyers. I didn?t think twice and ordered a pizza. I was surprised how expensive my bill... was when I initially ordered. They told me it will take 45 min to arrive. I An hour and a half later I called back asking aboutmy order. The phone rang and rang. Called a different number. Called again... MY PHONE WAS BLOCKED!! Called from the hoteldirectly. They almost hang up on me stating they were busy. I asked when my order would arrive. They said 10 mins and the driverwould call when he was here. The problem was i had called with a calling card before. When i asked what number he had, he hungup! I called back... didnt know who i was. Read more

They told me it will take 45 min to arrive. I was not pleased by such waitand started to regret not dinning at my hotel. An hour later I called back asking about my order. They almost hang up on mestating they were busy. I asked when my order would arrive. They said another 30-40 minutes!?!? I asked to cancel my order andhe said he couldn?t as it was already made and just left. So 1 hour and a half wait time. I wish I didn?t already paid by creditcard. This is ridiculous. Med pizza and 10 wings 40$. Outrageous. I asked for special and he didn't want to share any special offers. Show up to p/u order... and see coupon says 27 for med pizza and 10 wings which he could've offered as a first time courtesy. Lasting clientele isbetter than one time rip off because you lose a good paying customer for good. Smells good and I'm not even interested in tryingit because of what happened and got it for kids pretty much. Read more
