Fourth time here and surprised it isn't busier. Can't get in the other places nearby. Don't wait in line for the same thing as... everyone else. Great sandwiches on amazing soft bread and you can get fries or chips. Always fast service, including from theboss here, who gets behind the counter and runs food to tables. Make this store busier; they deserve it Read more

I love Penn Station and usually this place is great. Tonight the fries were burnt and the lemonade tasted like water. When I... said something about the lemonade, the guy says, "I don't know man, I didn't squeeze it." Read more

Literally horrible. Penn station is a staple back home in Michigan for me, so I drove 45 minutes from the city to get this. My... ?toasted? wasn?t toasted at all, there was no Mayo or honey mustard on my sandwich. Fries were so incredibly underdone and hadno salt. Good thing I drove 45 minutes and spent $20 on an absolutely horrible meal. Do not go here. Especially if you havegood prior experiences with PS. Read more

The place is filthy! The cheese steak sandwich was dry! The fries were not fresh at all! They were like refried old fries! A... waste of money for sure! I should have known better when I walked in and saw how filthy it was! Read more

Just tried this place today not disappointed! Sandwiches fresh, hot or cold! Many choices helpful manager to make my sandwich to... my liking! Super tasty and warm bread. Fresh delicious lemonade. Vinegar French fries were yummy. Clean establishment, Covidsafe, masks required by all. Well spaced tables. Sanitized between uses. Will definitely be back k soon. Came back tonight topickup some of their delicious lemonade and was impressed by the efficient friendly staff. Got my order and others togetherquickly. A young father came in with his little daughter to get dinner. She was crying and the staff talked to her and got theirorder ready fast so she could eat. The man even commented on how super the staff was and told her he'd be back! Read more

I've been missing this place so much and one week ago marked the first time in maybe 3 years I've had a PS sub since the only 2... locations (Grayslake and Gurnee) in Lake County closed around that time. The 33 mile haul south was well worth the drive frommy house in Beach Park but I just happened to be in the area so I knew I had to stop in for lunch. Excellent quality &delicious subs accompanied by awesome fresh cut fries and bolstered by top notch customer service. Venue is kept clean/sanitizedas well. Among sub sandwich competitors, for me Penn Station is tops over Subway, Firehouse, Jersey Mike's, Cousins, Quiznos,Potbelly and Jimmy John's. These subs are too good to pass up and if you've never eaten here before then what are you waitingfor? Read more

Here?s what you need to know: love this Penn Station. Gets busy during the day but Orion, Amanda, and Drew were just so... incredible running the line, register, and just providing really good customer service - engaging and welcoming. Just soimpressed and made us feel very valued. Great job! We ended up ordering quite a bit of food for a couple of us - 4 differentsandwiches, fries, lemonades, cheese breads, and everything was on point. Out customization requests were perfectly executed, sandwiches were made really well and served hot and were super delicious. Fries were hot and crispy (amazing hand cut) and thelemonade fresh and tart. lol in all a great experience. Thanks for the team for sandwich makers for a great meal. Read more

I love this place. I finally found a decent sub in this city. They bake their own bread here and it is perfect. The fries are to... die for and are the perfect level of crispy and tasty. My go to is the cold Italian sub and you can't go wrong ordering thesame. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone looking to grab a sandwich that's put of this world. Read more
