I was headed home early from work and decided to stop by Red Robbin for a bite to eat. I entered and was greeted immediately. I... asked if I could get crayons and the kids paper activity sheet to pass the time while I waited for my food. It wasn't a problemand I was seated. The server was nice and quick. Placed my order and started doing the puzzles on the sheet. I found theburgers, solved a few of the scrambled letter food menu items, colored the dinosaur, and my food arrived. Almost had todislocate my jaw to bite into my burger. Food was packed with flavor. Enjoyed every bite. I was checked up on a few times tomake sure everything was good, and it was. To be honest I am not much of a burger eater. The burger did not seem to have a terribly huge amount of love and attention paid... to it between the time that it was raw hamburger and the time that it landed in front of me on a plate with some fries. Iexpected that the burger would be pretty special but it was just like a regular cheeseburger dude kind of standing around at thebus stop rocking back and forth from his toes to his heels and whistling with his hands behind his back and just kind of waitingfor stuff to happen. Lengthy Review but it is necessary. My family and I called an hour ahead and asked for a take for 13 to be ready for 6pm. We... were told it will not be a problem. Upon arrival at 5:50pm, we see the table is ready although a very heavy set woman told mewe cannot be seated until the entire party has arrived. Okay, understandable. 6pm - Everyone but ONE of the party arrives. Itell the same woman, we're all here except one. She says very rudely "no, everyone needs to be here. You need to wait." I askwhy we can't be at least seated to look over menu and order drinks. She explained there is only one server and she can't handleit right now....ok? 6:15pm - ALL PARTY ARRIVES. I tell this lovely woman, we are all here. Can we sit now? She said no becauseshe had to sit other tables and now there is a wait. I told her we could've been seated the entire time. At this point, Imaggravated because there was no reason why we had to wait. The table was ready the ENTIRE TIME. After this frustration, westart to debate on going somewhere else. During the discussion with my family, this woman loudly says "AM I TAKING YOU OFF THELIST BECAUSE I HAVE PEOPLE WAITING" I turned around and told her we are discussing it now, we'll let you know. After a fewminutes she again yells "I HAVE PEOPLE WAITING YOU NEED TO TELL ME WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO." It is 6:30pm at this point and nowshe is rushing US to make a choice when she still couldn't even seat us. The store was understaffed and that is understandableand we were patient. They should not have accepted a large party when we called to reserve the table. Everyone already knew whatto order. We had 6 VERY hungry kids. We decided to leave because we felt her attitude was going to compromise our customerservice and food! This woman was not working with us and had the nastiest attitude. HER NAME IS NINA. This was a hit with my family because they had gluten free buns for the burgers. I ordered a vanilla shake which I wasn't too... happy about. But overall I think this is a nice fast food source. The French fries tasted great, and they were hot and fresh. Read more

The dining room only had 4 tables filled but it was a 30 minute wait. They stated that there was only one server/bartender. On a... Sunday evening there needs to be more than one server. Bottomless sides and drinks. Can I say more??? Freckled lemonade hasn't changed at all and the burgers are all still juicy... delicious. Add a fried egg for some of that yolk action. Read more

Good location, lots of parking. We had the trillion dollar burger and boneless wings. The wings weren?t great but the burger was... nice and juicy. The sunset lemonade was too sweet for me.
