The workers here don't care and do a bad job, even when they're not busy. There is no interest in or commitment to customer... service. They willfully make drinks the wrong way and think it is perfectly okay to deliver terrible service and product at ahigher price point than Chicago stores! Additionally, their drive-through card reader is broken and they're personallycollecting cash. Incompetent management here and another reason Starbucks stock is sinking like deadweight. Read more
Worst service ever. Waited over 35 minutes in-line felt like I was waiting on a steak not Starbucks. I wasted my whole lunch... break at this location and they gave me the wrong drink worst customer service ever. They tried to offer drink for free to meand still paid because the principal is the time! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Read more
It's 550am and your hours say open at 530am. The monitors are on but no baristas in sight. This is the 4th occurrence I've had... in the morning where the hours were wrong. Several customers also pulled up and drove off as a result. Get it together!! Read more

Things have really gone down on the drive thru on Sundays. Young lady was half awake or stoned at 130pm today. Rather than... correct the error in output which was different than rung for 2 VENTI Coffee drinks, she downsized them and still got bothwrong. Not gonna hold up the line but COME ON?!?! Waited at DT for long time to find the sign saying DT is closed then try to go into store, to find the door is locked with a... sign saying the store is closed but DT is open. Wasted my time at this Starbucks, please make up your mind. Read more
I love Starbucks, so naturally I thought I?d visit every single one within a 500 mile radius? starting with this one. To sum up... my experience in one word: AVERAGE. The drink was good, but not amazing. The place was clean, but not sparkling. The main ?plus?was that there was a bathroom. That?s it. But I did admire the barista. She made gave me a sense of autonomy by giving me achoice of a base for my drink: water or lemonade. Kudos to her. But it?s still Starbucks, aka my second home: so I give it a 4. Read more
We went to a different Starbucks to purchase a few gifts, however as employee was so rude and condescending, provided no help,... we left and came to this location. The woman who was assisting us at this location was so helpful, and went above and beyond. Weleft with a few things. We will comeback to this location from now on, truly outstanding team and service.
