The slowest Starbucks! They?re staff is extremely slow paced. Regardless If it?s in shop or drive through. Avoid this place if... your trying to keep your order available within 10 min. I'm not a fan of coffee flavored sugared beverages, so most of their drinks are not my cup of tea. If you put enough cream and... sugar in their coffee, or enough sugar in their latte, you can overpower the burnt taste. So it can be made bearable when thereare no other choices. Read more
Got our drinks but the team seems to have divided up tasks in a relatively inefficient manner although everyone seemed to be... working as hard as they could. I am never very happy when persons that arrive well after me and order after me receive theirdrinks before me. Clearly the issue was that my wife's drink required one barista while the others required the other with lesscomplicated beverages. Still... 13 minutes I will not get back all for a small coffee with a shot of espresso. (Cool formertrain station though.) This visit was also replete with a hot Chinese lady walking up and grabbing a stranger's coffee allaround the top with her hands and asking repeatedly if that was her coffee or her hot water which of course it wasn't? 3:30 pm and the selection of bakery items are almost gone. The place is dirty and it's not busy at all. The floor is always... dirty and needs to be swept. Worst of all the baristas need training and are not very nice. No apology for forgetting part ofthe order. I walked 2 miles to this location after checking the hours (open). When I got there, I saw a sign on the door saying they were... closed for two hours, I assume for lack of staff. I went to order in the drive through and asked if they could bring it to me atthe door (bc I know a person can?t go though the drive through) and the barista gave me an unreasonable amount of attitude. Iasked if there were any solutions where I could get coffee and she answered with a flat NO. Tried going through the app to placethe order and it was not enabled. I was a loyal weekly customer and I will never be returning on principle. Highly recommend notvisiting this location - what a train wreck! Read more
