Pizza used to be good in 2010 and back, after that, I haven’t come back until 2022, and it now taste like cardboard with sauce... and cheese on top. Without high acid flowing sauces, you’re better off eating the To go box. The chicken wings are dry. Theatmosphere makes you feel like you’re in old Joliet prison. Too many employees not doing much, cut the staff in half, andit’ll be just the same. If you turn off all the TVs, you’ll hear all the slow beating heart beats of all the 900 year oldfolks there. I have been travelling for work this last year, and spent some decent time in the Windy City. This is one I will 100% return... to. I felt like I walked into a Cheers set. I sat at the bar and felt right at home. It was a wonderful night with nice folksand killer thin crust pizza. Read more

A staple of downtown skokie. Hand tossed pizza. Fresh made potato skins. So yummy. Get these while you watch a game!!

Very disappointed. Ordered a large sausage pizza and there was maybe 1 or 2 pieces of sausage per slice and all bread, no... ingredients around the outer perimeter. Mentioned our dissatisfaction to the African American manager who would not give hisname and he indicated there was a new pizza maker and didn't even offer an apology. okay first off I would like to order a pizza exactly like what was given to Catherine Balistreri's bad review with too much... garlic on it. I think I would LOVE that! okay but seriously, this is a nice place it's been around forever. I love the old neonsign, I wish I knew how old it was. my family knew the previous owner. you can order single slices to go, but may I suggest ifyou're in the mood, go ahead and order a whole pizza. a slice of cheese was less than 3.50 I think and a whole pizza is about16? I forget. it is so much better when it's fresh and comes right out of the oven. anyways we came here on a whim I just feltlike having pizza today. the staff was wonderful and helpful and friendly like always. I probably would have ordered dessert ifI found a menu but we were so busy talking about the pizza with each other that I forgot. Our group of four just ordered twoslices, it smelled so good to our visiting family who just wanted to see the place, I had to go back in and buy the rest of ourgroup slices also. we just had cheese pizza. I ordered their largest pizza before with all kinds of toppings and it wasmarvelous. there's all kinds of activities going on here like a magician on Wednesdays and karaoke on Sunday nights and thereare televisions everywhere. it's really a true sports bar as well. everything was nice and clean, even the outside. we visitedon a late Sunday afternoon and nobody was sitting outside so we just took a table with our carryouts and Saturday and nobodyasked us to leave or anything which was nice. I’ve been coming here since you were knee high to a grasshopper. Even though the iconic Randy has sold the place, the new... owner,Dezi, hasn’t changed a thing. God bless him. Bring your lover and/or your friends and relax. Enjoy yourselves. Have oneof their dozens of various beers and enjoy a wonderful slice of pizza OR have a full course lunch or dinner. I love this place -always have, always will. The place has one of the greatest round bars this side of Bangor Main or Portland Main for thatmatter. It’s a full service bar, so Have a drink on me.
