If this is the one on the main road in skowhegan Maine then the employees that work here most don't care about speed or service... much sorry if I had offended anyone but every time I go in there they mess up my order or take 10-15 mins to get my order andthen the next order would be done before mine even at 3 cups and the next will have 4-8 so I will not give a good review untillthings start to change I am if nothing quite nice to all there in so me and mine should be too Read more
Worst ever! I sat in line 45 minutes. I wanted 1 ice coffee and 1 medium hot coffee. She repeated it back to me said would you... like ice in that coffee. Then I got the wrong order. Read more
Just about a waste of time. Half of the staff just couldn't seem to do their jobs. Waited 15 minutes just for our 3 drink and 2... doughnut order to be wrong. Go to the Dunkin downtown for a better experience. Read more
Spent almost 45 minutes in this location trying to get 2 hot coffees. Chaotic, disorganized and slow. Plenty of people working... but so poorly managed the employees were tripping over eachother and struggling to get orders out. Read more
This has to be the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Was in town working and I would come everyday. It took over ten minutes... everyday to get one cup of coffee. Do better Read more
Eaited on line for 15 minutes and my slef and 4 other custermers left with out product or service the manager Sadie which doesnt... seem.like managment material. was on the phone completing an order for Somerset Jail when 6 live people where their waiting forservice and on family of 4 left and 3 single patrons. Doea no one care about courtesy any longer. When coffee is 4 bucks a cupand you can by walmarts brand 2 piunds for 7 dollars how long shod one wait in line same coffee at wal.mart time tp break putthe thermos. Richmond dunkin has certainly had its ups n downs,I live in a rural area,have for 20 years at the same location. When this... location first got built,I was one of their first customers. I've skipped 30 other locations to come home to the best,dk whyit's so good at this particular one but lately it's right back at the top. I won't speak about the year is was horrendous,Ireally believe it's all about the crew and the management working together. 5 star's for the past 6 month's,great job guys&gal's???? Read more
This is the worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to. How do you have one person manning drive thru during your morning rush. I shouldn?t... take 15 min to make a coffee and grab a muffin.
