Lots of price gimmicks. A pizza ordered for eat-in is $4 difference in price than one for carry-out (for example). Want your pan... pizza to be deep dish? Pay more $$. "Oh, I'm sorry sir! That discount only applies between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. each morning". Youget the idea. Food was okay, but super salty (but why? How even?!). It's Pizza Hut. Bread sticks are the best, chicken Alfredo pasta is good for a pizza joint. Quick service.
There is one ginger waitress in particular that messes up constantly. Every time I go to this location and have her as a... waitress the order takes forever (even with no one else eating) to the point of it being cold. Her customer service skills arethe worst i?ve ever experienced. She had rude and snarky comments or reply?s, terrible hygiene, and no coordination (dropsfood/spills drinks). This place needs better employees, or maybe just get rid of this one. I will NOT be coming back if I seeher working. Read more
Not a bad pizza/pasta house. They have a little something for everyone. Sadly this long time chain seems to be slowly... disappearing but the remaining locations are still worth the drive. I will go here again. Read more
Was nice friendly staff. Currently has no delivery service due to short a driver but there a national shortage in the food... department staffing. Opened late good place of choice for the location not the most choices . Read more
I enjoy our local Pizza Hut. Nice to have a Pizza and a beer. Update... I used to enjoy Pizza Hut but we just stopped and... were told there was a 1 and a half hour wait. There were no customers seated in the whole place. Learn to deal with your takeout so not to forget about your loyal dine in customers. Very poor business practice. Read more
