The window washer cleaner containers were empty or extremely dirty. The squeegee was broken on one. There is litter everywhere... outside. Overall, there appears to be no management of this store, which is not a normal experience at Casey's. Read more
On three separate occasions I ordered using the app pizza for the family and no pizza. First time I get there (February 2022)... when the app said to be there and the pizza?s hadn?t even been started yet, second time I get there (month later or so) when theapp says to and again hasn?t even started yet and they claimed they didn?t know about the order because the printer was out ofpaper and the most recent (last month) I go when the app says to pick it up and they hasn?t even started yet. It?s always thesame kitchen person when there?s issues. On each occasion there was other people angry and waiting. Casey?s corporate should beashamed of this location as its performance is horrific. Had to turn around because I thought I just somehow straight up missed the store. Yes I missed it, but because of a stupid valid... reason. The station lights weren't on when they're supposed to be. Didn't bother going by to take a picture because what's thepoint when I need to keep going south towards DSM? It's 9:47 pm as I finish this review and they're "supposedly" open until 11pm on Friday June 10th 2022. Read more
Service and food has gone down hill in the last 4 months. Employees are openly using foul language and just laughing about it. I... used to love this location, guess I'll stick with the Huxley stores. Read more
The employees are so rude here, I'll go out of my way to go to another store. The manager will stand and chat with cashiers... while customers are waiting. Go to the one in Madrid instead. Everyone is nice there AND they don't ignore customers to discusstheir weekend plans. Read more
My tire blew on the way to work at 1pm and I managed to pull into Casey's parking lot. The team at Casey's came out to see if... they could help me out even with getting my spare of the trunk and getting my car on the jack! They assisted me the best theycould with the limited tools available and kept conversation with me while I waited for my boyfriend to arrived. This team wentthe extra mile today for sure and I am so thankful. Read more
My local store gets a 5+ for being friendly and customer oriented. Shout out to Joyce in the kitchen. She is fantastic!
I tried to get to the hot food area, but had to walk around employees standing in the way. They were complaining loudly about... something and I explicitly heard one of the women drop the "f-bomb" along with other derogatory comments. Definitely notsomething I was expecting to hear while trying to grab a quick breakfast slice. I actually asked the cashier if there was amanager present so I could say something and she pointed to the woman who was swearing. That level of unprofessionalism wascompletely appalling to me, especially in the middle of the store on a Friday morning. I will be going out of my way and visitHuxley or Ankeny from now on. From the other reviews I've read on here before deciding to post my own, this isn't the first timeother customers have witnessed such foul language. Read more
