I have ordered pizza here before and it was the typical Domino's mediocre quality I've come to expect. Today was another... experience all together. I ordered garlic twists and cheese dip it was the single worst food I have ever received from arestaurant in my life. It came with a 1/2 inch of pure grease on top of it!!! I poured it off before I took the pictures and youcould still see it dripping off. The bread was hard and dry like hockey pucks. I couldn't even stomach one of them before Istarted to feel sick to my stomach. The cheese tasted like burnt fondue covered in garlic. Absolutely completely inedible!!!! Myhusband tried it and agreed it was just awful we threw it away!! What a waist of money. Please please take this off your menu. Ialso received a salad and pasta. They were both just average. Just mentioning "Domino's" invokes anger and a nauseating feeling in the pit of my stomach. I've never been so disgusted with an... establishment as much as I am about this particular location. Where to begin when the vast array of multiple problems can overjust about every aspect imaginable. Let's start simple and then move on to more detailed issues. This individual branch has nothad delivery or hot spot pick-up locations available to customers for over a month already. The last time they had deliveryavailable I had attempted to redeem my "piece of the pie rewards" points for a free medium 2-topping pizza as well as use a giftcard I had received for a portion of my bill payment f. After multiple failed attempts to process this order online I called thestore to inquire about the problem. I was told they were having problems with processing gift card payments since I was informedby the employee that answered the phone that this had been a problem with another customer a little earlier that same day. Heoffered to try to process my order along with the gift card payment manually over the phone for me. I was ordering 2 pizzas thatevening, 1 being my free rewarded points pizza. After ordering the other pizza first I went on to explain the next pizza I wasordering was my "free" pizza, to my surprise can ONLY be redeemed/ordered ONLINE, where they were experiencing technical issues.So no pizza for dinner that night. The time I ordered from there just previous to this incident it took almost 2 hours for mypizza to be delivered. While I was periodically glancing at the pizza tracker function online I was able to watch the deliverydriver make multiple stops en route to my location delivering other orders as well. That was not the problem, the problem arosewhen the driver was within LESS THAN 1 MILE of my place of residence and the tracker informed me to "watch for the driver to bepulling up soon". First time I went to this Domino's, I got the worst customer service. Today the customer service was great and the pizza was... burnt, the guy behind the counter was so filthy dirty I was ready to leave the pizza there. His finger nails looked like he wasa car mechanic and not a pizza maker, his uniform shirt looked like it's never been washed. Is this why Domino's is giving 1/2off of any pizza this week? App is great, website is great. Sometimes (more than not) something in my order is wrong, or forgotten. This has happened so... much I had to stop letting them know in hopes of no eye rolls when I order, or them just thinking I want something free, like apizza they already messed up. If it wasn't for my 8 year old autistic boy, I would be ordering a lot less. Also, a major chainwho advertises delivery, should not make such a big deal a out it when they charge you so much the delivery persons get theshort end of the stick. Read more
On my way home late tonight and everything was closed so I stopped in. Special was a large pizza $7.99 with a couple of... toppings. I went all cheese because I like a plain Pie. Have to say I was quite impressed, haven't had Domino's in years. Wehave three real pizzerias in our town and I would put them at number 2 for pizza. It was only one person at the time working theplace but there were drivers going in and out. Got the Pizza out in a timely manor. Can't really say more, it's Dominos???? Worst dominos I?ve ever ordered from. I placed my order at 9pm I got my order two hours later. Not only did the driver not call... me like it was specified in the notes but left my food on the sidewalk and when I came out I had ants all over my food. I am sodisgusted!
