This space is so impressive. Beautifully restored and designed with a nod to the past but modern enough to feel cozy and clean.... The food is delicious! Everything is made from scratch including the bread. They source alot of their food locally(bison,... eggs, cheese, honey). The coffee and specialty drinks are great. And if you plan it out right on the weekend you can do thecoffee and have beers at the Sleepy Eye Brewing Company. The atmosphere is awesome in the renovated Pix movie theater. Ihighly recommend a visit to this amazing place. Read more
A lot fancier than I was expecting. Very friendly and a nice atmosphere. The coffee is served at a perfect temperature, not too... cold and not scalding hot. Very cool to see how they embrace the look of the theater while still having their own identity. Read more
On a recent visit to Sleepy Eye, MN we ventured into the new coffee shop and brewery that is housed in the old renovated PIX... Movie Theater. Not knowing what to expect, I must say that this new addition to downtown Sleepy Eye is absolutely fantastic.This new stop ranks high as a very thoughtful renovation. Every aspect of this renovation/restoration is first class. Theplanning, materials, craftsmanship, and care to maintain the character of the old PIX theater is great. If you get a chance tovisit the old PIX theater coffee shop and brewery you will be glad you did. Congratulations and best wishes for much success onthis endeavor.
