Avoid last 2 times i came by the drive thru i was there for 15 plus minutes ? barely a line ? hire some workers
Ordered 2 medium ice coffees and she started to hand me a small I told the lady working "I asked for medium" she gets mad tells... me the other lady charged me for small when I said I didn't want a small I wanted a medium she goes to the back puts the smallcoffee in a medium cup and fills the left over with cream. Absolutely DISGUSTING if I wanted milk I would of ordered a frickenmilk. Read more
Absolutely terrible service. Several times they?ve given the wrong items. Save your money and go to a different location, or... double check that your items are correct. Drinks are watered down, food items end up burnt. Read more
Horrible. Every dunkin in this area is just awful. They ALWAYS screw up my order no matter how many times I come here. I don't... think I've been to a dunkin in this area that has ever got my order correct or made properly. Terrible service. Read more
I came by to get a matcha latte and it tasted like the milk was spoiled. I asked them if they can double check the milk and they... did. Apparently the milk was all good which is very weird to me because I always get this drink and I never have this problem atother dunkins. I will also say that there was another time I was here and the matcha powder went into my mouth and it was hard.Which clearly shows that it was old. Only reason I am giving two stars is because one of the employees was very kind and decidedto try remaking it to see if it was better, which it wasn?t but I was still thankful that she tried to make sure I left happy. I go here almost everyday. They get my order right 90% of the time. Other places leave the coffee tasting watery or burnt or... forget to add sugar. I like a hispanic lady at the drive thru. She is nice and actually says thank you or have a nice day unlikethe other staff that doesnt say a word. Feels awkard driving off without saying a word. Read more
I'll be honest, I moved and havent been to this location in a while. BUT, before I moved and ANY time I come to town I will go... out of my way to go to THIS location. I started coming around when they first opened this location and I think I usually met theowners (husband and wife I think) I was usually in a rush on my way to work and they always provided great service, good coffeeand good food. I actually finally found my "go to" with their help and kindness. They would always let me know of any deals orhappy hour type things so I could get the most for my money instead of trying to get me to just spend more. They started toremember me after a while and were always so nice and welcoming and would remember my usual order which made it feel verypersonable and homey.
