This is all about what you think is quality food for the price. I do not think this restaurant lives up to authentic Mexican... food at all. The chips were stale, and the food lacked real flavor that can be found at much more favorable restaurants likeBesa Mi Taco and Fat Rosie?s. Most items we asked about were not even on the menu, but they have them. The food is delicious but we will never eat there again. This was one of our favorite restaurants. But recently we kept trying... and trying and every time we go the service is horrible. The waitress who spoke English as a second language, was rude to acustomer when they spoke a different language primarily and asked questions about something they didn?t understand. Veryhypocritical. Then when we asked if she would take a picture of us since we were celebrating she had an attitude but did it. Mydaughter also has a dairy allergy. When we ordered for pick up and wrote on the order in all caps DAIRY ALLERGY, please nocheese, sour cream, or butter. Everything had cheese on it and made excuse that the online form has writing too small. So westopped doing pick up orders and only go inside. Still mistakes, and the last time the waitress was rude and pointed to the menuand had me read what the ingredients were. So I ordered tacos without cheese after she gave me an attitude and the beans camewith cheese even though no where on the menu it says there is cheese on there and I told her we couldn?t have cheese. If TacoBell can provide food in 3 minutes for someone with allergies and double check to make sure it?s correct you would think a sitdown restaurant would be able to as well. Nope don't do it. Drinks are good yes. Food. Absolutely not ! Ok expensive yea. But $60?! For a burrito , 2 tacos, kids... quesadilla and a drink. Nope never again. And food was too big of a portion I felt bad throwing it out. My husband said thesteak tastes like pork roast. Worst burrito he ever had. Understaffed! After our meal we waited 30 minutes for our check. We saw at least 6 groups of people leave due to the long... wait. We ordered the fajitas ($18.99) and a chicken chimichanga ($13.99). The prices are high but the portion sizes verylarge. The chimichanga was average, the cilantro rice was not good. The salsa roja was spicy (which was great) however some ofthe chips were stale. This restaurant is amazing! I had lunch in this restaurant. I only ordered their big salsa street steak burrito and it was so... delicious! I now know why it is called "the big salsa street burrito" because it was literally big. I was really surprised whenthe food was served to me because the burrito was so huge. It was also fresh and hot. Every single ingredient in it was fresh.Every single ingredient also complements the burrito, and it tastes really delicious. It was huge, and there was also a generousportion of every single ingredient, especially the steak. The burrito alone literally made me full and very satisfied. I reallylove their burritos. It was not only delicious but also well-priced. Their prices are generally fair and reasonable. I also hadtheir mimosa and it was as good as the burrito. The service here is friendly, welcoming, and fast. They have a menu with avariety of options too. The restaurant is also super nice. It is clean and bright. The ambiance was perfect. It is somethingreally casual and comforting at the same time. I only had the burrito and the mimosa, and both were delicious. Barbacoa tacos and the unique Cubano taco were flavor highlights. The creamy chicken and pastor tacos were fine but we enjoyed... the barbacoa and Cubano more. Burritos were huge and heavy. They forgot my fries but proactively issued a refund to my GrubHuborder which was nice too. Read more
