First, I had to bring my service dog. They almost tried telling me that I couldn't come in. Second, the place was dirty. It was my 1st time, server had to be told 3 times I didn't want an alcoholic drink, just kept on telling me what drinks she... thought was good! Asked was special and she only recommended a steak and bourbon chicken, so got a 8oz sirloin steak mediumrare, broccoli onion rings and salad!! Never got the salad, the sweet tea was not sweet, and the steak was tough and cookedmedium well, but she didn't come back to check on me till someone else was seated near, and when she told them about special ofa burger and fries and get an order of wings for a extra $1, I then said" Why didn't you tell me about that?" I honestly always have a problem with my food whenI come here! My sizzling chicken and shrimp was anything but sizzling. It was... like warm and taste like it came straight out of the oven. Now they put some type of sauce on top of the chicken which tastehorrible! Please go back to the original recipe! I will definitely NOT be returning to this location! Read more
When I want a quick bite and dont feel like cooking me anything, I just place me a pick-up order and pick it up curbside! And... it's super fast! I love ?? this Applebee's because the ones where I'm from in Memphis only serve boneless wings and sometimesyou just be wanting them bone-in-wings????????! And I love ?? those lil wonton ???? tacos! February 1 lunchtime. This was my first time at this location. I am not a big fan of Applebee?s. However this location was not... that bad. We had few saff members coming at our table and all of them had a different jackets, shirts... They don't even look like they... are working there. I think that will be way better if all of them have a uniforms. And they will look more professional. Foodwas good like always, no comment on that. It came fast and hot. Read more
