Ordered $45 worth of food, large pizza, hot wings, garlic twists with cheese/marinara sauce and 6 garlic sauce packs. Wife went... to pick up...noticed only 1 sauce. Goes back inside with receipt, worker shrugs shoulders and gives her the missing saucepackets. Get home to find garlic twists completely missing. She goes back and is told it's just a "mess up". I don?t know if they recently got new management in the last year or so or something but the service at this location is not... great. Lately every time I order from here the service is very unprofessional, pizza is never cut all the way and once they saidthey ?lost? my pizza and asked if i just wanted credit for next time. I?ve worked in the service industry for over 10 years andI know that everything flows from the top. If you have bad management than everything downward is going be bad. I?m not basingthis off of a one time visit either. This location used to be great but the last 5 or so times that I?ve come here I?ve alwaysregretted it after. 5 or so visits with months in between each visit so it?s obvious they?re not getting any better. This is the second time it has happened to me and I find it to be kind of ridiculous. I ordered a ranch pizza and called... immediately after to make sure ranch was on the pizza. I received my order and very little to no ranch at all. It?s just cheesegrease and bread on most of the pizza. I called and spoke to a manager around 6:30 pm and they said that?s how it is supposed tobe. I worked at pizza places before and I know pizza isn?t supposed to be dry and feel like cardboard. We ordered pizza about 2 weeks ago & I cannot lie it was cooked to perfection! I am pregnant so if it wasn?t I probably would... have cried lol I haven?t had dominos in a long time but I?m glad we chose them & the location on Robert Road. Read more
My only reason for giving it 4 stars is because I absolutely dislike that a "call center" somewhere else is answering their... calls and taking orders. IF you're unsure about the location (for pickup orders) then you are out of luck. The restaurant itselfis wonderfully kept and the staff are friendly. Read more
This place deserves a reward and a raise. The patient guy that helped the super rude woman in front of me deserves recognition.... She was the worst customer any business could encounter...orders things that are not on the menu and he helps her while she isstill yelling at him. ORDER OFF THE MENU! Horribly over-salted. Delivery service was quick. Driver was very polite. Food was nice and hot. My lady liked the pizza. I had... the Feta and Spinach Breadsticks. The breadsticks were too salty to eat more than a couple bites and ended up in the Garbage. Onprevious occasions also had issues with oversalting. Sad when half of an order is inedible. The quality control has been lackingover the last year or so. Hit or Miss at this location. One of their competitors will be getting our business in the future. Read more
alwys have orders done fairly quickly. they take coupons and other payments as well. its a drive through store even tho i... believe you might be able to order inside there are no tables to eat inside though... but they deliver orders quickly for adelivery fee.
