Lately pizzas have been horrible, I still buy here and there but it?s not close to being as good as they were a couple months... ago. I always have tomato sauce on normal and it used to come with a decent anount of it a couple months ago. Out of nowhere Igot a pizza that was supposed to be normal on tomato sauce but it BARELY had any tomato sauce. I?d say about 75% of every slicehad no sauce. It?s almost like if I selected light on tomato sauce instead of normal. I thought someone just messed up my orderso I let it go. Couple days later I ordered again and the same issue happened, I wanted normal tomato sauce and I got lightagain. I ended up getting a free pizza and I figured out ?if I order normal and they?re giving me light, maybe I should orderextra and I?ll get normal??. Well that did not work out. My pizza was soaked in tomato sauce. They?re not putting the rightamount of tomato sauce on pizzas anymore. It?s either you get light, which is pretty much just cheese with a small spoon oftomato sauce on each slice, or you get a waterfall of tomato sauce when you select extra. SEE FOR YOURSELF BELOW! Worst store ever. Their general manager is not a nice person, their employees always look like they want to cry. They seem... overworked, tired, and underpaid. I used to love this store, but as of recently, their food never arrives on time and it'salways cold. Please do not order from this domino's. It is a waste of time and money. Read more
I've ordered 4 times now using the app. The Old Spanish Trail location in Slidell, La. Came to realize that when I added a tip... to the online order. It would somehow get deleted once the transaction cleared through my bank. So that meant the previous 3times I ordered the driver received no tip. Which would explain why when I ordered the 4th time my delivery was tainted with anunknown suspicious substance. So now I can no longer trust nor do any business with Domino's Pizza. It's not my fault. I alwaysadd 20% tip to all orders whether dine in or delivery. You need to fix the app. Read more
I am a loyal customer of dominos and have been for years. I don?t order any other pizza places but them but to wait 1 whole hour... for 2 pizzas that has been in ?quality check? for 40 minutes is ridiculous. I no longer will do delivery from this dominos againbecause by the time you?ll get your food your starving at a whole different level. I?m very upset! Being pregnant makes it nobetter that I?m irritated. I hope they increase the pay there so that they can hire more people or something. Get it togetherdominos! Read more
Waited two hours after not being able to get through to them to find out that my pizza wouldn't be delivered for another two... hours because they were backed up. I understand being busy and understaffed, what I don't understand is why this has happenedmultiples times over the years even before covid. Not a single restaurant or fast food establishment I've worked in would allowthe phones to ring nor would they ever immediately hand up after answering. The only other Domino's I've experienced withconsistently worse service than this location is in Baton Rouge near LSU. The delivery drivers are this places saving grace onceyou can actually get an order to be delivered. Read more
Pizza was a bit undercooked, like the cheese wasn't melted and the Alfredo was too much. But that crust was good. I love... Domino's so much. Read more
Food is always good but delivery can take longer then normal.
