Even though they were working short they still managed to serve with a smile and provide excellent Customer Service.
I arrived at 12:48 to make sure I was not going to get cold food. My order was to be ready at 12:52. Waited until 1:02 pm and... finally decided to walk in and see what was going on with my order. I had previously called three times and no one answered thephone. When I walked in the lady in the reception said surprised ?Oh you are the curbside, we didn?t even know noticed youarrived.? I came in on October 9th around 7pm. After eating there I started not feeling very good and by the end of the night, I had the... worst food poisoning I've ever had. I definitely do not recommend this IHOP. I dont know what was wrong with the food but itdoesn't seem like this IHOP cares about the safety of the food. Read more
Sever was great, food was ok. A hand written sign was in the door for no fried foods orders can be placed. I asked what does... that mean, I was told no deep fried like chicken etc. we were just having pancakes before our park visit so that was ok Read more
Everything was great. Our waitress Ms. Joyce was on point. She took our order quickly and accurately. Drinks, food, and checkups... were frequent, quick, and greatly appreciated. Food came out quick, hot, made per our order, and quite delicious. Thank you fora great meal. Read more

We?ve stopped in twice in the last 3 days and both times have been excellent food and service. Even with everything going on... with the virus, we were made to feel comfortable about eating there because as you?re walking in there was a lady cleaning. Theservers are using gloves as they?re picking up after customers that have left. They?re really being proactive about keeping yousafe which I?m sure is required but they?re doing it with a smile on their faces. You?ll love this IHOP. I don't like leaving bad reviews but $3.95 for a kids drink and their breakfast is "FREE". Try this place at your own risk...... the restaurant itself is nasty but then again I used to he the biggest IHOP and Showneys fan but they have since closed and IHOPhas become increasingly garbage. The food come slow, cold and when it's supposed to be free the kids drinks are 3.95. I'd ratherpay for the meal and pay 1.25 for all they can drink free refills. Flys are an abundance in here oh and need I not mention theA/C nor the heater works so dress accordingly. Read more
